Warrington Central North hotel

We traveled for Creamfields festival with my friend and stayed at this hotel for all three nights of the weekend. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and the extended breakfast & checkout times due to the festival was a fantastic touch. We were served during breakfast by Julia, she was lovely and we enjoyed her service. We will be back next year.

Been staying here now for over 2 years as I travel up from the Midlands to work in the area. Hotel is very clean & well kept. Breakfasts are nice with plenty to choose from hot or cold & set in a nice seated area. The rooms are always spotless & well presented. The staff are very welcoming & attentive to guests requirements ( I work nights so have a rooms at the end of corridors so no foot fall outside mine) which they always remember. Nadia, Daria & Ann on days always have a smile on their face when checking in & are conversational. Colin, Stephen & Zach on nights give me an early morning greeting when I come back, in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here for a quality night's sleep, access to motorway & town centre amenities.

Ideal location for shops, and for people like me who don't drive, handy bus routes. Fabulous place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, THE BEST beds and pillows to sleep on. Great breakfast choices. The staff are second to none, friendly, warm, and welcoming, always happy to help. Highly recommended!

Lovely experience and nice and quiet with a warm welcome nothing is to trouble and the food was good

Arrived at 8.30pm and found out that there was no AC and the room was very warm, a fan in the room just pushed around the hot air, some rooms did have AC but only a few. The window only opened about two inches so pointless. The room smelt of sweat / urine / stale, carpet was wet by the bed. The Toby restaurant (now not part of the hotel) next to the hotel was awful and dirty but looking at website it stated the hotel had a restaurant. I was not informed at reception in check in about if you wanted clean towels or a refresh you needed to inform reception as well as put a ‘Refresh my room’ outside the room, the hotel looks and smells dirty. Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in, don’t even bother staying here.
