Warrington Central North hotel

Just off the main road into Warrington, there is free parking and a lot of strip malls nearby if you need some fast food. The room was clean, bright, and more than sufficient for a night. There is a kettle and tea bags while breakfast is available downstairs for a charge. The bathroom had a shower stall only and it was a little slippery since only a part of the floor had the non-slip coating installed, so be careful. Overall, it was a good stay and I had a good night's sleep.

Great hotel close to town and very quiet . Lively rooms modern and up to date. Staff excellent and there is a carvery on site.

I have stayed at Premier Inn Warrington Central North every 3 weeks for around 3 years now and overall the team are usually lovely, accommodating, quick at check in and I never have any hassle. Unfortunately, whenever Ian is on reception it is a completely different experience. I genuinely dread walking in if he is on the desk because it feels like he does not want me to check in. Even after watching me enter my car registration into the iPad, he still asks me again for my registration and then asks me to complete the paper version too. He also repeatedly says things like “it’s not just your name I need, it’s the person who booked this,” despite the booking always being under my name, exactly the same every visit. He also asks me my nationality every single time, which no other member of staff has ever asked me before. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. It is disappointing because every other member of the team has always been professional, welcoming and easy to deal with
