"Affordable. Clean & Comfortable with Great Staff."
This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We absolutely love it. Not fancy, no frills but affordable, clean, very comfortable & relaxed. Quiet at night & above all, genuinely friendly staff. Lisa & her colleagues make our visits a pleasure from beginning to end.

We got in and we got help from such a nice lady her name was megan she helped so much and is so nice she gave us 2 colouring books and pens and pencils to me her and looked after us all our stay

"Brilliant Stay"
Stayed over a weekend due to attending a wedding in Liverpool which was perfect location for us.
On arrival we were greeted by Lisa who was super friendly and welcoming. As we arrived a little early Lisa arranged for us to access our room early which was very appreciated as we had travelled some distance.
The room was lovely, it was clean and modern. Lisa left us a welcome note and some little gifts which was lovely.
We had a very comfortable stay here, even though there was some refurbishments going on.
In the morning we were given complimentary breakfast and Lisa was there with a smile and morning welcome.
We would like to say a big "THANK YOU" to Lisa for her very happy, welcoming and professional approach, you are an asset to Premier Inn and should be acknowledged and rewarded for your customer service.
So, overall a great hotel, value for money and fantastic customer service.

"Very clean and comfortable room"
This hotel is having a new restaurant and there is building work going on. I stayed on a very hot Friday night and there is no air conditioning. Despite these two issues, the staff did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible ensuring that I had fans and cold drinks.
The en-suite room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the location quiet during the night.
Guests were offered a complimentary breakfast to make up for the lack of restaurant
