We did not stay at this hotel, but we visited the restaurant for breakfast with family and friends when our hotel let us down locally. Pam was amazing - so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the options were fantastic. We were actually staying at the Premier Inn down the road that was experiencing a water outage, and I can confidently say the breakfast and selection was far superior in comparison to the restaurant for Premier Inn Warrington North East (The Swan) - who didn't even provide basic fruits, yoghurt, or pastries. Would highly recommend!

Stopped here to split up our journey to London, couldn’t fault it! The service in the restaurant was exceptional! Pam was great, very friendly and attentive! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

New restaurant. Very nice! And they’ve kept Pam on. A complete star! So, all the building work has been worth it. And a great welcome when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel itself could do with a bit of an upgrade, though.
