      "Premier inn runcorn"
Sadly, this hotel really needs an air con upgrade. For balance, it was easy to check in and get to the room. Plenty of parking and no other issues. Warmth was a big problem. The room was really warm. No air con means having the window open and a fan in the room. The hotel next to the motorway so with the window open, its really noisy. Unfortunately, it was really difficult to sleep due to the heat..having to leave the fan on overnight and window open meant too noisy and too hot. The place is in desperate need of air con retro fit. No staff around at reception to complain to so we left early morning.
      "100% recommend"
The blonde on reception I think her name was Emma. was very friendly and polite nothing was to much to ask especially when we arrived late an were trying to find food that late.i would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back up that way!
"Not like it used to be."
The windows didn’t open in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so the room was very stuffy. The curtains had holes in them so in the morning light was shining through them and breakfast was a mess from getting told they didn’t have a table when half of them were empty to waiting ages to order and receive the food.
      "Short stay"
Staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much for them, rooms were cleaned to perfection couldn’t ask for any more would definitely recommend and stay here again
      "Classic Premier Inn experience"
Does exactly what you need for a pit stop - clean, convenient, comfy beds, decent breakfast. Room was warm with no air con, but you can't have everything!
