      "Not good"
      Thick dust on skirting in room, damage to skirting in bathroom - all very off putting. Paid for a meal deal but was charged full price for the dinner. Family room had no AC so had to open window, very loud all night as room was right next to a 6 lane motorway. Overall, disappointing, expected much better from a Premier Inn
      "Yorkshireman"
      Reception staff were lovely. The young lady on reception was dealing with another guest but as soon as they were free they welcomed me to the hotel. The room was lovely. It had been a hot day but the room was nice and cool. Everywhere was spotless.
      "Watch out for Parking Charges - No flexibility!"
      We stayed for 3 nights. On arrival we were told the parking tablet in reception was not working and to give them the vehicle registration and they would register for us. I now have 3 parking tickets @ £100 each! Not expected and something we will bear in mind if we stay again

      Has a Massive comfy bed, very clean, great shower, lovely relaxed helpful staff who will happily go out of there way. The food and drink are good and very good priced. If you drive parking is very good and easy. Has everything you need a friendly are too.

      Welcomed by staff, very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious, bedroom and bathroom was very clean! Very family friendly, next door to beefeater which we went to. Just loved it all round, very nice experience so thank you very much!

      Just off the M56, and not far from the West Coast mainline, the Premier Inn Hotel Runcorn is a handy base for your trip whether you're travelling for business or jetting off on holiday. For dance music fans, we're just up the road from August bank holiday highlight Creamfields. If you're into the races Aintree, Haydock and Chester are all close by. Or for those who like to walk on the wild side, Chester Zoo is only a short drive. After a busy day, return and recharge in our tasty restaurant and big, comfy beds.
