      "Great staff"
      Excellent warm staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Value for money . Good beds. Plenty of towels and tea and coffee in. The room. Fab breakfast.

      Good helpful pleasant staff, comfortable room, good food. Everyone I met at this Premier Inn / Beefeater was a joy to talk to. such a refreshing change. Hotel price a little over priced I think.
      "Superb Food & Service"
      You know what your getting with a premier inn & it delivered nicely. The real bonus is the restaurant and staff, who were extremely efficient & friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had lunch with family on arrival and then two morning's breakfast. Gentleman in charge (sorry didn't get name), is excellent & deserves recognising for his cheerful, friendly & efficient manner. We will be staying again when here visiting familty.
      "Don’t add breakfast to your booking"
      I always use premier inn for business trips and until this stay they’ve been amazing. Firstly we were woken at 6:30am by deliveries the driver had no awareness of the time and was making so much noise also the premier inn staff didn’t help as they were also joking with the driver loudly. Next the breakfast at the beefeater wasn’t edible, usually we love a premier inn breakfast, we ordered 2 of each item the hasbrowns were cremated the sausages were hard like they’d been sat on a hot plate for hours the bacon was like leather and the eggs were barely cooked. We waited almost 35 mins for it to arrive and we literally had a mouthful.
      "Fantastic customer care"
      Our 5 star review is for the customer care at this Premier Inn. My wife is disabled and from the initial friendly and helpful check in, throughout our stay, every member of staff went out of their way to assist us. Make sure you book a disabled shower room if you need a walk in shower. There is plenty of disabled parking right by the entrance to the hotel.

      As you'd expect from the historic home of Britain's silk industry, our Macclesfield hotel is all about comfort and convenience. And comfort we have in spades - the hotel features our new generation rooms, with an impressive 40" flat screen TV, freshly-updated bathroom with large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, king-size bed. Based in the quiet Tytherington business village, stockport/ Chester are easy to get to and the picture postcard village of Prestbury is very close by. Explore the wonders of the universe at the Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre. Stroll around St. Michael's Church that overlooks Market Place. Take to the fairway at the nearby golf clubs. Then after a day of work, rest or play, unwind in our on-site Beefeater restaurant.
