"Great experience overall"
I stayed with my family for one night at Premier Inn Macclesfield North Hotel. We got one room for 2 adults and 2 children. The price shown for 2 adults did not change when the children were added. The room wasn’t very spacious but adequate for one night sleep. The room itself and the bathroom were sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and kids ate for free with paying adults. Great experience overall.

"Another very good short stay accommodation and service"
Used the Prem Inn at Macclesfield as based for a golfing trip. Booked 5 rooms well in advance on the semi flex rate. All was as expected on arrival, check in was easy, car park registration easy, room comfort and bathroom as expected. Reception staff were helpful.

Mark and Grace were both so professional and attentive at breakfast time and gave everyone a great welcome!
Clean modern rooms and very comfortable bed.
Minutes from Macclesfield town centre, easy access to shops and local attractions including local picturesque villages including Prestbury and Bollington.

Absolutely disgusted with this stay. Firstly the girl with the blonde curly hair who was in reception definitely needs a lot of customer service training or a non customer facing role. Pretty much through the key at us, didn’t even tell us the room number or where the room was, horrible and disrespectful.
We had asked about dinner next door at beefeater as we wanted to get dinner after Alton towers she told us (fabricated information) that the restaurant was closing before 8pm. It definitely didn’t close cause there was still bunch of people there and we did check online.
The rooms were in awful shape, hadn’t been cleaned dirt lying over the floor, toothpaste up the mirror in bathroom. Some substance that was up the head board, pubic hair in the bath and toilet.
Unbearably heat no fans to help cool the room, the heating was actually on it our room, had to own the window and the noise of cars flying up the road and excessive revs.
The bathroom panels had been removed and not restored, we found out why as the plumbing in the shower/ bath had broken seals and sprayed the room.
The amount of drunk people that hang out at the entrance and benches by the entrance would be intimidating to most people with kids.
