Crewe West hotel

This hotel was really nice to stay in unfortunately the restaurant was being renovated so only had a small selection for breakfast each day. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were very hot and humid but my stay was during a heatwave a/c would a nice addition to the rooms.

No hot water requested room near reception room allocated 20 rooms away room clean but only one chair so it was uncomfortable for my husband

Awful stay, the hotel is totally run down and shabby, it was during the heatwave, it was 29 degrees in the room, and only a cheap fan was provided, so cheap it didn't do anything, it needs a serious refurb and should be closed down until that has happened

id give it no stars if i could! I had a very poor experience at Premier Inn on Pyms Lane, Crewe, and unfortunately would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely disappointing, with no air conditioning and dirty floors and walls. The areas leading to reception also looked unclean and poorly maintained, which gave a bad impression from the start. Food and drink options were almost non-existent. The only access to refreshments appeared to be a vending machine, and the bar closed at 7:30pm, which is far too early for a hotel. The TV also had no streaming services, which felt very outdated. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The “all you can eat” continental breakfast consisted of dried, stale pancakes, lukewarm yoghurt, and a choice of either an apple or a banana. The tables were sticky and unpleasant, making the whole breakfast experience feel unhygienic and unwelcoming. Outside, the paving was lifted and uneven, which felt unsafe, and there were several skips in the car park, making the whole site look neglected. Overall, this was a horrendous stay. The hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic facilities. I expected much better from Premier Inn and would not stay at this location again.

We travel to Crewe regularly since a close friend moved up here, and this hotel is always at the top of our list for places to stay. On our first visit, we were allocated one of the older rooms that had not yet been upgraded, such as one side not having a plug socket on both sides of the bed. When we mentioned this upon check out, they advised us we were able to request one of the newer rooms on our next booking if individual charger ports were important for us, which we did. The staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating with any request. The only reason we would not stay at this particular hotel over the summer is its lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Which is such a shame because it is a really nice place to stay.
