"Great customer service"
We had such a wonderful experience at Premier Inn thanks to Sarah. We arrived at around 10:30am before attending a nearby wedding, knowing check-in wasn’t until 3pm and expecting to have to wait. Although there were initially no rooms available, Sarah went completely out of her way to help us. She personally checked with housekeeping and managed to get a room ready for us so we could freshen up before the wedding.
Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a difference to our day, and we are incredibly grateful. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Sarah!

We had a great stay at Crewe west. We were there for a wedding and needed to quickly check in and get a taxi. A big thank you to Sarah, who was so helpful and friendly and helped us get to the wedding on time. The rooms and bed were so comfortable too, and a great breakfast.
