Crewe (Nantwich) hotel

Lovely breakfast, rubbish room, noisy, badly decorated, glittering leaking outside of window. Disappointed for a premier inn.

Only stayed one night. Lovely greeting by cheerful lady. Comfortable clean room and good breakfast in a very stylish dedicated eating area. Loads of parking. Had dinner at the pub next door which was also good, although service was a bit slow. Would recommend this Premier Inn

I stayed at Premier Inn Nantwich from 5th–6th May and again from 11th–13th May, and overall I had a good experience. The room was always clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout both stays, which really added to the positive experience.

Very welcoming and I was able to park my lorry in the car park , just . Value for money wasnt very good id say , although as I checked in the chap on the desk had advised me I had paid alot for the room ! The room wasnt very clean as in the floors had not been vacuumed ! The paint and furniture look a tad tired and need updating, theres no phone signal and they charge you extra for there WiFi which isnt the best. The hall way carpets and stairs need replacing or at the very least a deep cleaning. The new breakfast suit was lovely and the breakfast was good plenty to choose from and the staff where nice too. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and opt for premium inn when I can as the beds are usually great . Unfortunately this branch that and the breakfast and the staff are all thats good about it.

Lovely stay! Rooms immaculate, breakfast very nice which was a nice new touch. A big shoutout to Amy, very welcoming, friendly and engaged in conversation. She even went out of her way to give us beers and a chocolate bar! A credit to the business, thank you Amy.
