Crewe (Nantwich) hotel

A flop hotel. The automatic door is welcoming, but that is where it ends. Reception is cheerlesss and would rather be difficult than accommodating during check in. They are woefully short on knowledge of the company's published current policies or vice versa. However, after an hour of inconvenience, we were finally told where to find our room. A "Needs an update".., musty, rather worn chamber, but the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the wifi was weak n watery... It's ok, but if you want service, a smile and an easy check in, go elsewhere. Sorry Premier, I like your beds..

Location was excellent for where we needed to visit .checkin etc was good as is usual for premier inns .the room was absolutely fine everything that was expected and needed. Beds comfortable clean etc . Shower was great .overall the room was great. In general id say the hotel could use a bit of an uplift . For me the only dissapointment was the breakfast experience . Food was dried out, bacon like leather not worth the money sadly and the breakfast room extremely claustrophobic i felt very uncomfortable and unrelaxed ,i assume this will be the new format for premier inns now that the beefeaters etc have been sold off. Very dissapointed

Recently stayed whilst attending a wedding. Plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in at reception. It was stairs up to our room on the first floor but only had small suitcases as were just staying 1 night, just something to bear in mind if you are staying longer. Had a family room for 2 adults and a teen. The kid/teen bed was a proper single rather than a pull out bed so that was great. Wasn't loads of room around the beds but was fine for our needs. Bed was really comfy and s great shower in the bathroom too. Would say both the main bed and the shower were very high so might be an issue getting on/in if you have mobility issues. Only 2 cups on the room even though it was a room for 3. Assume that's because they think a kid won't won't a cup but plenty of older kids might or at least, a glass for some water. Looking slightly tired in places but nothing too bad.

My experience at Premier Inn was effortless from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and the team was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made a huge difference to my trip. The room was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. As always, the bed lived up to the hype—super comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a particularly great shower. Customer service was excellent across the board. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Basically a sleepless night due to noise from heating system, fan so loud, and as room over 25 degrees C couldn't even bury head under quilt to try and avoid the noise. Wouldn't go there again to Crewe Nantwich
