"A fantastic, hassle-free stay!"
My experience at Premier Inn was effortless from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and the team was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made a huge difference to my trip. The room was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. As always, the bed lived up to the hype—super comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a particularly great shower. Customer service was excellent across the board. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

"Sleepless night"
Basically a sleepless night due to noise from heating system, fan so loud, and as room over 25 degrees C couldn't even bury head under quilt to try and avoid the noise. Wouldn't go there again to Crewe Nantwich

Room was very clean, and located around the back of the hotel, so even quieter than expected!
Atmosphere in the restaurant was great, and the staff at both the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and welcoming, as usual ☺

"Nantwich convenient stay"
Location near Nantwich was reason for our booking.
Very convenient and for week night, booked in advanced a fair price.
Premier Inn can't control the weather, and it was hot and sunny, but no aircon in the room made for a very poor night's sleep. Difficult to understand in this day and age that a hotel chain like Premier Inn doesnt have air con in rooms. Why call yourselves "PREMIER" when it's missing such a vital comfort factor.

"Service beyond expectations"
Always a friendly welcome at the Nantwich Premier Inn, and service that went beyond expectations as staff worked to ensure that we could check in to both the rooms we booked early - even though I only called them to ask a couple of hours before we arrived. This branch now has its own breakfast room, so is a self-contained B&B stay. The room was super clean and comfortable and very well catered for. The location is prime - just outside the lovely market town of Nantwich with its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend!
