    "Broken thermostat"
    Thermostat not working. Temp of room was 26+, very uncomfortable. Kept the window open but then the bins were collected at 4am, waking me up and then unable to go back to sleep due to the unbearable temperature of the room.

    A big shout to Sarah she went above and beyond what a wonderful receptionist you have nothing was too much trouble thank you Sarah you made our stay
    "No A/C in this hotel!!!!!"
    This hotel does NOT have A/C & the window only opens a couple of inches! The temp in the room was 26.5 degrees. Impossible to sleep for our two night stay!
    "Don’t waste your money."
    Lovely staff, couldn’t fault them. Hotel is extremely dated, in need of renovation. Our room was very dirty, stains on bedding, stains all over carpet, dirty walls and extremely dusty. Wouldn’t recommend this premier inn, much nicer hotels near by.
    "Traveling alone"
    The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, but the room got very warm as no Air conditioning. As I was a lone female and on the ground floor I didn't feel safe enough to have the window open during the night. Overall the stay was ok.
