Absolute dump. The food is terrible, I don't think had worse and I've been lodging for work for 30 years.
The restaurant is freezing in the winter and they consistently have no beer on draft.
A Complete joke of a hotel, PremierInn hasnosecivedin the last few years.

"A nightmare."
When I telephoned for help trying to find the hotel, it put me on to a robot who was useless. After 40 minutes it still had not go me there. Fortunately a dog walker came along and in less than minute told me exactly where to go. The sign to the hotel is only visible coming from the town centre not from the motorway.

"Comfortable and friendly"
Friendly staff, good food comfortable bed. Location is problematic due to several sets of roadworks near by and the parking is a bit of a premium if you arrive after 7pm but overall not a bad hotel

Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre was a lovely experience. I was greeted and seated by a very lovely, friendly lady who was most helpful. The breakfast is freshly cooked but she explained is still unlimited.
I ordered a full english which was ourstanding. The poched egg inparticularly was perfect.
The chef, Tracy even came to check that everything was okay. Another very friendly and pleasent lady.
All round a nice experience and great start to the working day. Makes working away all the more easy!

"Mini break"
Room clean and comfy. Staff are pleasant. Had to wait briefly for a room change on the system by receptionist as the one which was allocated wasn’t ready when we arrived. Other than that, all round a good stay.
