"Enjoyed our stay"
We stayed in Crewe central , very welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door . Very chatty and friendly receptionist.
Receptionist went to see if room was ready , quick check in .
Cleaner was also very chatty and friendly to us .
Couldn’t fault our room . Comfy bed .
Ate in the pub linked to the hotel my food was lovely and cooked to order .
Breakfast in the morning was super to , cooked to order again for you .

"Great reception staff"
Perfect location for station. Reception staff brilliant and very helpful and understanding. I left my special hearing clock which Tracey arranged to be sent to me. Excellent service. Being over 80 we booked a room with no bath and to guarantee we got one it was the disability room. Overall no problem except the alleged wardrobe hangars were designed for wheelchair users being lower than normal. Very good except you could not hang anything as it would rest on a shelf about 15 inches below. Bad design for any user. HQ management need to look into this as a serious matter. They also need to have more walk in shower rooms as not every disabled person needs a fully equipped room

"The greatest team of staff, couldn't ask for more"
Away with a group of friends for ane ent. By far the best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in. The team of staff were so helpful we couldn'thave asked for more, friendly, approachable & very professional. With a 24/7 manned reception. Room was spotless & very comfortable. The breakfast offering was fabulous catering for all tastes & dietary needs, the hot breakfast was cooked to order, beautifully presented & served to our table. Great location, we would definitely stay again. The best Premier Inn we've stayed at

The things you can rely on from a Premier Inn were all here.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed and immaculately clean.
The bathroom was a little shabby, and even though my room was right next to the car park, there was no noise when the window was shut.
It's 5 minutes walk from the station so was very handy.
