"Do not let them put you into noisy Room 119, otherwise good Premier Inn standard"
Good, clean hotel with pleasant staff & good standard Premier Inn buffet breakfast. However, do not let them put you into Room 119, as it backs onto the next door pub / restaurant (Old Harkers Arms) and the noise of the mechanical extractor fan units from next door keeps you awake all night, as it must be located on the other side of the bed head wall

Perfect location with friendly, helpful staff. Only stayed for breakfast which was really nice. We got the premier plus room which was really good.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location to sit and enjoy a quiet drink in the pub by the canal, Hotel clean and comfortable. Exceptional value for money, would stay no place else whilst visiting Chester
"Very basic bit grubby"
Seemed to be only one girl on duty both days but she was very good. Room needs a deep clean! In fact the whole place does, Dirty toilet as shown in pics. Very basic, no space for hanging clothes. Not really clean bit grubby. Very good breakfast. Good spot. Prob stay again would have to be cheap

Another good nights sleep A few small matanance issues in room. The air con is broke so had to hire one. Very noisy. Some of the bits in the bathroom are broke There is also graffiti on the wall by the bed. I can see that the cleaners have tried to
