"Good value accommodation!"

Very small bedroom but clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Good generous freshly cooked breakfasts. Parking very limited and already taken by other guests on first come first served basis and not available for us. Cheaper parking was however available 500 yards away. Otherwise only grumbles would be about the TV remote which did not work and the stingy provision of tea and coffee in the room. Nescafe or PG Tips and only two sachets or bags of each. If you want more, you have to trek down to reception which was also the source of replacement remote on second attempt. All in all, it was good value for money

"Excellent one night break"

The location was very convenient to the train station. The hotel and the room were really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I thought the sausages were really tasty.

Good location, but avoid room 320 as it is underneath the noisy air con units which meant we were unable to get a decent night's sleep.

"Prem Inn thoughts, mostly good"

Not bad at all. Stayed in an Untimate Room this time but probably not worth the extra. Proper Wi-Fi was great although a bit of a faff having to put a code in each day. Not impressed by coffee from machine in room. Will certainly use Prem Inn again but probably not in an Ultimate Room. All rooms should have decent Wi-Fi in this day and age without extra costs.

"Premier Plus Rooms worth the extra money…."

Great location if you are travelling by train and just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Chester. I stayed 2 nights and booked the Premier Plus room which I felt was worth the extra. I had a view over the rooftops….whereas my friend had booked a standard room and her view was of a brick wall lol! Clean, good shower and comfy bed for a good nights sleep. There was a nice chair in the room plus a fancy coffee pod machine…can’t really see the point of those machines…you spend ages waiting for it to burst into action and then get rewarded with a thimbleful of coffee! Staff friendly and helpful. My only slight disappointment was with the Continental Breakfast…I just felt there could have been more options available but it was adequate for the price. Overall a good stay and good value for money.
