Chester Central North hotel

Hotel is fine, however they had security creeping around all night which woke me up at about 2am, not knowing it was security i became very aware of someone in the corridors, until the early hours of the morning (around 5ish). I was so concerned I actually wedge my chair under the door. When I reported this in the morning to the receptionist, she shrugged her shoulders at the fact I had 1.07hours sleep. When I said cant you put something in the room to make your guests aware of this so when you hear creeping about they are aware, her reply was, well what we be the point of the security then. I filled in the application to get my money back under the "Good Nights Sleep" and we informed it didnt qualify. I stay at premier inns a lot and I now will be taking my business else where.

Excellent stay, the reception staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. We didn't eat at the Premier Inn, but next door is a wonderful pub (The Mill at Upton) where we had an evening meal.

Lovely stay staff were helpful and friendly Nice breakfast and hotel was lovely and clean. Staff provided a fan in room as it was so hot. You get dinner at the pub next door which was great Nice little hotel

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days in Chester to celebrate our anniversary, and we absolutely loved our time at this hotel. What made the experience even more special was Katelyn on reception — she was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and kindly recommended some great places for us to visit. We’d just like to say a big thank you to her for helping make our trip that extra bit special. If we return to the area in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We really couldn’t fault it.

Stay here 3-4 times a year on business and it does what it says on the tin. Great value, good location, spotlessly clean and best of all THE most helpful staff ever. The manager (Emma I think) even managed to find us a funnel to put Add Blue into our car. Recommended without hesitation.
