Chester Central North hotel

Excellent hotel. Stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great nights sleep even though the hotel was full with familys. Good breakfast

Stayed overnight, en-route to North Wales. The Receptionist, Caitlin , a very pleasant young lady, greeted us on arrival . Booked a family room for grand-daughter and myself. The Room was very clean and comfortable, it also had a walk-in shower, which was an unexpected asset. Breakfast, the following morning was delicious, served hot and not ‘a free for all’, it’s a very small restaurant so you need to book a breakfast prior to the morning. All the staff, very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

To all the wonderful staff, Thank you so much for making my Mum’s 70th birthday so incredibly special. The lovely greeting, the beautiful card and the thoughtful gift meant the world to us and made her feel truly celebrated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we are so grateful for your kindness and helpful advice in navigating a city we’d never visited before. Thanks to you, we found the shops and had a wonderful morning at the Zoo the next day. You turned a milestone birthday into a memory we will always cherish. Thank you.

We stayed here after a day at Chester Zoo, on our way to Anglesey. It was the first time I'd stayed in a Premier Inn and I was pleasantly surprised and will book them again. There was plenty of free car parking (make sure you register your car at reception!). The welcome at reception was amazing, a very friendly chap was waiting to help us. Our room was very clean and inviting, with everything we needed. I think the best bit for us was the breakfast. We both have food allergies and normally eating out can be a nightmare and we usually feel like an inconvenience. Not here! The two ladies working in the dining room/kitchen were so helpful and knowledgeable and we could see the allergy awareness signs in the kitchen. We ate a lot more than I thought we would be able to and I was very grateful for the care we received.

Loads of parking, a handy pub The Mill next door where we had our evening meal. Friendly and helpful checkin staff ( Jason). Comfortable beds as always. Great breakfast. Other travellers mentioned the lack of aircon, it didn't bother us and fans were in the rooms anyway. I'd definitely stay here again.
