My wife and I stayed for a couple of days in Chester to celebrate our anniversary, and we absolutely loved our time at this hotel. What made the experience even more special was Katelyn on reception — she was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and kindly recommended some great places for us to visit.
We’d just like to say a big thank you to her for helping make our trip that extra bit special. If we return to the area in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We really couldn’t fault it.

Stay here 3-4 times a year on business and it does what it says on the tin. Great value, good location, spotlessly clean and best of all THE most helpful staff ever. The manager (Emma I think) even managed to find us a funnel to put Add Blue into our car. Recommended without hesitation.

Absolute perfection 👌
We have already booked to return after our superb 3 night stay in March.
Staff were lovely, room was spotless. The location is spot on, parked our car on arrival and used buses & trains for our sightseeing.
Looking forward to our next visit in September.

Just back from a 2 night stay in Chester and cannot fault this Premier Inn. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was lovely. For the price it is definitely worth a visit
