Had a wonderful stay here. It's nice that's it's not directly in Chester city centre so that you don't have to deal with busy traffic. The lady at check in (I think her name was Chloe) was delightful and gave the kids some colouring books and a key ring each, she also gave us a sheet with suggestions on where to eat, since the pub next door was shut due to renovations.
The rooms were clean and had plenty of sunlight but was disappointed by the size of the bathroom and that it didn't have air con. You also get free parking and breakfast was great!

Another great 3 night visit at this lovely Premier Inn. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was excellent, we will definitely return.

Online when booked said restaurant was available it wasn’t no option of food in the evening this was a deciding factor on booking so a major let down! Car park and outside looked like a building site! Room was drab and needed a revamp. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows hard sleep wasn’t forthcoming.
Floorboards creaky and tv was limited choice

Excellent hotel. Stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great nights sleep even though the hotel was full with familys. Good breakfast

"A Premier Inn ‘Gem’."
Stayed overnight, en-route to North Wales. The Receptionist, Caitlin , a very pleasant young lady, greeted us on arrival . Booked a family room for grand-daughter and myself. The Room was very clean and comfortable, it also had a walk-in shower, which was an unexpected asset. Breakfast, the following morning was delicious, served hot and not ‘a free for all’, it’s a very small restaurant so you need to book a breakfast prior to the morning. All the staff, very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.
