"No towels"
I arrived late at midnight. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly when I checked in.
Realised there were no towels in my room. There’s no phone in the room to ring down to reception and it was late so just went to bed. Would have said something when I went down in the morning but there was no one on the reception desk so just did quick check out.
Otherwise the bed was big and comfy for a good nights sleep.

"Ticks all the right boxes"
I always find this Premier Inn an excellent hotel to stay at - stayed a couple of times both for business and leisure.
Extremely convenient just off the A1 at Wyboston, with access not just to an immediate pub restaurant on site but also other food, drink, and entertainment venues really local too.
The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, parking feels secure, but most of all this is also one of the best value Premier Inn I've ever stayed at - not over priced at all.

Andy and the team are fantastic every time we have stayed at St Neots Premier Inn. Stayed here a few times now and Andy remembers us every time and is always so helpful and goes the extra mile to the extent of leaving lovely welcome note in our room on arrival. "Not What I Would Expect for Premier Inn"
That was the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel or motel anywhere. Premier Inn markets its bedding so heavily, yet the pillows in my room were so old, flat, hard and lumpy that it was impossible to sleep. The spares in the bag were just as bad. I ended up getting dressed at 3.45am (with a need to leave for an important meeting at 8am) to go and ask the night porter for a pillow. The one I was given wasn't any better, so I assume this property just hasn't changed it's bedding in years .I've stayed in a number of Premier Inns before, so I know this isn't the norm, but I won't be staying at this outlet again.

Go for a punt on the river in Cambridge. Take a trip through time at the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Picnic by the water - or try your hand at sailing - at Grafham Water Park and Water Centre. And when it's time for a rest, head back for a delicious meal at the restaurant just next to us and a great night's sleep in our super-comfy beds.
