"Lovely 4 days"
Great stay with the lovely Hannah so extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Other staff were also really helpful. Room as always very comfortable and ground floor as I had requested.

Staff on reception helpful, room clean, plenty of parking. The hotel needs air conditioning, they do provide fans that are very noisy. It was 30 degrees in the room.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed very comfy. Stayed for 2 nights. Breskfast at the Crown next door was good. All staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when I come and visit my relatives

stayed here with lots of family for a wedding. we all booked early check in... and had to wait about an hour while the rooms were cleaned . Put a lot of pressure on getting changed and ready for the wedding....was offered a refund of the early book in charge , but not really much help. no air con and it was stifling hot . fans provided but so noisy it made it even harder to sleep. windows only opened a crack and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast buffet the next morning was woeful.. hot food almost totally absent, no fresh fruit in sight and the coffee machine was broken. We tried sitting outside in the beer garden, but it was full of rubbish, butt ends and worryingly, baited rat boxes. must be a difficult place for the staff to work.

We are always made to feel very welcome and andy and his team always look after us
The food in the adjacent crown pub is delicious with many choices and is very cosy and inviting
We always have a wonderful stay
Andy always goes above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable

Enjoy a breath of fresh air at Premier Inn Hotel St Neots (A1/Wyboston), just outside the historic market town of St Neots. With great transport links nearby, you'll also be well placed to explore business and destinations throughout Cambridgeshire.
Go for a punt on the river in Cambridge. Take a trip through time at the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Picnic by the water - or try your hand at sailing - at Grafham Water Park and Water Centre. And when it's time for a rest, head back for a delicious meal at the restaurant just next to us and a great night's sleep in our super-comfy beds.
