    "Worst Sunday Lunch"
    Arrived at 2pm Sunday went to bar and asked for a food menu and asked what is the procedure ordered a beer which started pouring the wrong one. Asked me if I got allergy’s and how many people just one I said you have to sit in bar area. The restaurant was quite load of tables empty. Ordered my meal trio of meats with extra side cauliflower cheese. 35 minutes later the meal arrived asked for mint and cranberry with another jug of gravy as one wasn’t enough. Started eating meal the beef was tough spat out and put in napkin and other meats cold also the vegetables and Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes even the gravy was lukewarm. I’m not sure what item I eat but my mouth is burning as if item had chilli in it. At this point there was no staff around to mention so I left. This is first time since refurbishment never again.

    Stayed at this Premier Inn on a number of occasions and always had a great stay. The rooms are good, the Crown pub next door is excellent and there is ample parking and it’s free 👍.

    Andy at front of house is brilliant, so helpful and friendly always goes the extra mile. A credit to the hotel chain. Nothing is too much trouble.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise and door banging on the first night, but the lovely reception staff arranged an alternate room with the minimum of fuss, and it was much quieter. There is road noise due to the proximity of the A1, and the hotel was generally very warm. The food at the attached pub was adequate, but service here was incredibly slow, and don’t think about a nightcap, as they close at 10pm!

    Enjoy a breath of fresh air at Premier Inn Hotel St Neots (A1/Wyboston), just outside the historic market town of St Neots. With great transport links nearby, you'll also be well placed to explore business and destinations throughout Cambridgeshire. Go for a punt on the river in Cambridge. Take a trip through time at the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Picnic by the water - or try your hand at sailing - at Grafham Water Park and Water Centre. And when it's time for a rest, head back for a delicious meal at the restaurant just next to us and a great night's sleep in our super-comfy beds.
