Natalie at Peterborough North premier Inn was friendly she made us feel welcome fantastic service very polite would recommend coming back well happy food was amazing thanks to the chef

Stayed at Peterborough North, on way to Hull. Staff could not have been more helpful. Had a really lovely meal , served by Natalie. I am Coeliac so need special diet. For the first time in 23 years of eating out as a Coeliac, I was given freshly washed cutlery and advice on my meal . They really understood the need for avoidance of cross contamination. Thank you to Premier Inn and all staff concerned

The cheerful and upbeat welcome from Natalie and Kirsty lifted our spirits as the reason for our stay was to attend a funeral the following day. 2 hours after our arrival we went to the restaurant for dinner and we were welcomed there by multi tasking Natalie and Kirsty too who continued to cheer us up … and then served us with our chosen ‘burgers’, burgers which would put some the Burger House burgers to shame. Our room appeared to be recently refurbished… and was excellent. The restaurant itself, in comparison to our room, is a wee bit tired, but I understand refurbishment is planned. Our bathroom was spotlessly clean.. as was our room, so a thank you to the ‘behind the scenes’ housekeeping team. Well done again Premiere Inn.. you have two star employees here in Natalie and Kirsty

We stayed here ready for a family funeral, on check in we could see that Kirsty on reception was running from the pub to check us in, understaffed but still smiling. She checked us in even showed us to the room an put a wedge in the door so we would have no noise being right next to a main hall door. Very kind an curtious ! Thank you Kirsty, then we went straight to the pub for a drink , where we met Natalie. She was so kind we wanted to have a relaxing drink then eat after driving a long way. She made sure the chef made our food latest he could. He came out a checked on our orders as they where particular, not mine but husband a child’s lol! She chatted to us made us feel welcome an was a pleasure to be around. We had a lovely dinner burgers were so nice a catered to my fussy 2! We left an off to bed, passing Kirsty back on reception with a lovely smile an a goodnight guys. These guys work hard an seems are running round doing the job of 3 people. Thank-you for making a very stressful an sad occasion rhe very best, thank-you Natalie an Kirsty.
