We came to this Premier Inn as it was a great location for my daughter's new job. We found the young man on reception most helpful and nothing seemed too much. Room was to the normal standard of a premier Inn comfy beds etc. Food was good no complaints. Would use again. Thank you.

"Restaurants Services"

After a recent 2 night stay I found the restaurant staff to be lacking any enthusiasm. They just didnt seem to care they operated the order at bar system which was just useless long queues at the bar ordering food that someone then had sat down at my table thinking it was free. I tried to order the chicken and rib combo was told that was off the menu that night. Halfway through I finished my dinner the waitress takes my plate while my colleague was still eating that's just not good manners or professional. She then slipped a little bit of paper on our table and swiftly left it was the TripAdvisor please leave a review slip haha she could have at least said not just put it their. I could go on but that's enough.

"CLEAN ROOMS HELPFUL STAFF"

The problem with all your rooms apart from those with wet rooms for access when disabled is you are unable to climb in the bath to use the shower the design is not appropriate and I find this frustrating every time I use Premiere Inn .The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds

"Great hotel"

Nicely situated hotel, very lovely room, quiet and the staff were nice and polite, food quality was ok and fairly reasonable prices, room and the bed was super comfy, having stayed in quite a lot of premier inns over the UK, this is in my view one if the nest I've stayed in.

"A good overnight stopping place"

This is one of the bigger Premier Inns but is up to the usual Premier Inn standard. Check-in was fuss free and the room was the usual high standard, although did not have airconditioning which normally is not a problem in the UK but we were in the middle of a heatwave at the time! The attached restaurant provided the usual pub style dinner and breakfast in the morning was the standard Premier Inn breakfast. There is a McDonalds next door as well and some other food outlets nearby. Due to the size of this Premier Inn there can be problems getting a table for dinner so well worth booking ahead during busy times.
