    "Great hotel with Jade"
Great hotel. The best asset being Jade who once again gave us excellent service. Definitely deserves a promotion, (come on Whitbread!)
"Comfortable but far too hot !!"
The room has no air-conditioning and sat at around 25c all night, whilst a standing fan was provided, it does very little to the room temperature making it difficult to sleep. The room is clean and water pressure is decent. The hotel is great for a one night stop over and if they could sort out the HVAC so the temperature was better I wouldn't have an issue.
    "Lovely stay"
We stayed after a concert at Sandrigham. We didn't check in until after midnight but the reception staff were lovely and eventually checked that we had put our car registration in on the tablet provided. They offered us a bottle of water to take to the room which was greatly received after a busy afternoon/evening. The hotel was lovely and clean and we had a peaceful nights sleep.
"Our first negative experience after staying here for years! ☹️☹️"
My daughter and I have been staying here for years as it’s really close to family. Always had a positive experience until now. The young man who was on reception when we checked in was extremely helpful and very polite. The rooms are starting to look a bit sad and my window didn’t close properly and I didn’t get much sleep on the last night as the road was a lot more noisy with very loud motor bikes going back and forth so closed the window but obviously made no difference as it didn’t close properly. My daughter was having an issue getting her hairdryer to work and as I was in reception at the time I mentioned it the woman on the desk who I found incredibly rude and was really not happy when she had to go to the room and was then rude to my daughter when she got there. In the bar there are posters everywhere encouraging people to download an app and get 25% off your next meal so my daughters boyfriend downloaded it to use at breakfast the next morning, when we mentioned this to the quite abrupt man who was taking the payment we were told that oh no sorry it can take at least 48 hours to come through!! After being told the day before it was up to 24 hours!!! Such a shame as we have stayed here for years but unfortunately next year I think it’s time to look for somewhere new.
"Overnight stay whilst on the way to the coast"
Stayed here for a night to break up out journey from the Midlands to Norfolk (and to help us steal an extra 1/2 day at our destination). We arrived quite late (9pm) and headed straight to our rooms. We were told in advance that there was no aircon, this is something that the hotel needs to consider now for the summer months. We all slept well, and the bathroom was more than adequate for our needs for one night. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was the usual Premier Inn affair with plenty of choice - although it got busy shortly after we sat down as two large groups arrived. Overall, this was a good stay but something Premier Inn generally need to review is its family room rules. This will likely be our last stay at a Premier Inn as a family as you can't have over 16 year old in a family room - given we're only ever going to be using them for a one-night stop over on the way elsewhere, this means we won't justify having multiple rooms.
