      "An oasis of calm."
Spotlessly clean room. Reception, hallways & outside area all clean, good first impression. Plenty of free parking spaces, always a plus. Most of the staff were fab, ever so friendly and welcoming, which was great after a 6 hour road trip from hell via the M25. One or two looked like they might have a dental appointment looming tho. Breakfast was very good, especially the sausages. VFM in this day and age. Hassle free check in and a friendly wave on leaving. Will stay again and would recommend .
      "Exquisite stay, friendly staff"
Absolutely exquisite stay. Nice clean rooms, very quiet nights and lovely staff. What more could you possibly ask for. Checked in by a polite fellow named Adam at the desk swiftly and without any troubles. His colleague (no name badge) quickly brought some extra pillows for my wife on request. Thank you to the premier inn Hampton team.
      "Always a warm welcome "
Always a warm welcome when I stay hear which is a couple of times a year. Jade welcomed me like an old friend and made me feel like comfortable. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh, the room as usual is clean and aired. Plenty of parking and food near buy. I can't praise this hotel enough.
"A wonderful experience with Peterbough Premier Travell Inn and the Hampton Brewers Fayre"
Being an entrepreneur I frequently have to go away on business trips, sometimes for meetings. More often than not I have to go to events where I am taught things. I was on a course with Progressive Property. Now if I ever have to stay in a hotel you can practically guarantee that I’ll stay at the nearest Premier Inn hotel- it’s something I learned from my late Dad. I’ve always had a positive experience at the Premier Inn hotels and this was no different. I was booked in from Thursday 29th May and due to check out on Sunday 1st June. Premier Inn should invite King Charles to this hotel. I guess that they’ll jut have to make do with James Bond! Through my own fault I had made a mistake on booking my meals at the hotel, partly because the event I was on had supposedly put on breakfast and evening meal for the 2nd day. Before I set off for Peterborough I rang the hotel and found that the restaurant was open until 10 pm. That made life easier for me. It meant that I could travel from 6 pm when the traffic would be a lot less. I arrived around 8:30 pm. When I arrived a very pleasant man called Adam checked me in. I really don’t like the impersonal nature of self service machines! He pulled up my booking and I just paid up. I was given my room keycard. Now there was the awkward bit, the catering. Adam explained that I could get a meal deal for thursday evening and breakfast for friday morning. When I explained that I didn’t know about the event catering for the 2nd day he said it was very easy just to pay as you go which is what I did. He also printed off a keycode for wifi so I could use my PC to check my emails and surf the web On getting to my room the first thing I noticed how clean it was and how clean it smelled. It’s the first thing I notice every time I go to a Premier Inn. After a very brief unpack I went to the restaurant. I ordered a set of nachos given my love of Mexican food and a burger with fries. Those nachos made me feel as if I was in Mexico! A very nice young man called William brought them to me. He apologised for the delay. My response was “What delay?” There was some confusion as checks from the bar were not coming through to the kitchen. However that wasn’t an issue. Those nacho chips were very crisp, those red chillis were absolutely perfect! That sour cream was not from the supermarket, the chef had made it on site! I think they must have hired someone from Mexico! The burger was a delight to eat. A lady said that they’d run out of vegan cheese and would normal cheese be OK. I replied that would be fine. The bun was light and fluffy. The burger itself was plump and succulent and cooked to perfection. The lettuce in the bun was very crisp. Clearly they got it fresh that day. I paid extra over the meal deal to get a chocolate sundae. I don’t know if you have ever seen The Simpsons. Homer Simpson is famous for saying mmmmmm chocolate. That’s how I felt when I had that sundae. I was in 007 chocolate heaven. If you are a fan of the Simpsons you’ll remember how Homer went into a dream when some Germans said “We come from the land of chocolate.” That’s how I felt. I went back to my room and I had an amazing night’s sleep. That bed was super comfortable. I woke up at 6 am on friday morning to get my breakfast. I love the Premier Inn all you can eat breakfast. I had a joke with Jade on the front desk when she took my name. I said “The name is Bond James Bond!” She had a real laugh when I showed her my driving license. Those tomatoes were clearly fresh and very crisp. Those hash browns were delicious. Clearly chef had not got them from the supermarket. These had been made on site. Don’t get me started on that scrambled egg. I just loved it. Then again there were those mushrooms. They were a joy to eat. I could have been there all day. I helped myself to a bowlful of strawberries and cranberries. I love berries and this was a joy to eat. The orange juice and apple juice were chilled to perfection and tasted divine as well. I felt really full and I didn’t need to get lunch that day. That night I ordered nachos again with a pizza. The nachos were perfect like before. That pizza made me feel as if I was in Italy. Those mushrooms tasted divine. Those onions and sweetcorn were a joy to eat as was the pizza as a whole. That was genuine authentic italian cooking. So they’ve got a mexican chef who makes wonderful nachos and they have an italian chef who makes pizza that makes you feel as if you in Italy. On Saturday and sunday mornings I had a divine breakfast. I didn’t have an evening meal on Saturday night as progressive property put one on for us. So the usual questions. Was it worth the money? Very good value at 10 times the price. Would I go there again? As I said if I ever have to go away anywhere I always look for the nearest Premier Inn. Would I recommend them to anyone else? All day every day. All in all although Premier Inn is not a 5 star hotel I had a 5 star experience and I was left shaken but not stirred.
      "Mixed Experience"
Clean room and spacious. However, table lamp that was permanently on as the switch was broken. Most annoying was BBC One HD having a superb picture, but zero sound! After it was fixed in my absence, TalkSport Radio and Sky News disappeared from the menu!
