"£177! Awful waste of money . Do not stay there until they reduce prices by 50%. It is way below par"
The facility is aged which just shows it as a poor facility .
If it had been modernised the fee could have been acceptable however arriving there and seeing the place , you stay there feeling utterly ripped off.
This is the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed at .
They should either sell it and let another group improve it or just close it down .

"Highly recommend, value for money"
Highly recommended, the room was beautifully clean, spacious and the added sofa bed was a bonus. Lunch and breakfast in neighbouring Beefeater were very good too.
Congratulate staff on finding I had left chargers in the room and were swift to return them to our home in 3 days, excellent communications thank you for the help

"Disappointed accessible room"
Location was great for my need a little outdated hotel but clean. Unfortunately the accessible room we booked for 82 year parent was no where near to standard and bath/shower unusable. No tea or coffee in room either

"Afternoon drink"
Called in for a drink whilst staying at Ferry Meadows caravan site very friendly staff and a good pint. Will visit again when in the area.

"Room Condition"
Upon arrival, we were allocated Room 3. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong musty, damp smell which was very unpleasant. This was also concerning, as it may indicate dampness which could present a potential health issue for guests. In addition to this, the room appeared not to have been properly checked or cleaned, as there were cobwebs above the bed and only one hand towel provided for two guests.
Due to these issues, we returned to reception to report the condition of the room. I would like to note that the lady on reception was very understanding and apologetic, and she promptly arranged for us to be moved to another room (Room 119), which we appreciated.
While we were grateful for her assistance, the initial condition of Room 3 was not what we would expect from Premier Inn standards, and it did detract from the start of our stay. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention so that the room can be inspected and any underlying issues addressed.
