"Best Premier Inn!"
We have stayed in a couple of premier inns in Peterborough previously but this one is outstanding, the staff member “Lina” is awesome and really made our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble - she deserves a pay rise!
"Good sleeps and a great breakie"
Peterborough Premier is like a family run BnB. In a good way, really friendly breakfast team : Lorraine and Kate. The chefs kept the breakfast coming : John, Charliegh and Warren. Can't wait to go back. Great nights sleep too.

I had a great experience at the Premier Inn Peterborough. Lorraine, Kate, Charleigh and John were absolute superstars – friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. It’s rare to see a team work so well together and make guests feel so welcome. The hotel was clean, quiet and well-run, but it’s really the people who made the difference. Big thanks to the whole team!
"Warm Hospitality and Wonderful Staff"
Our group stayed here as part of the U14s Australian Futsal team. The experience was made fantastic thanks to the wonderful staff — especially Lina, Lyndon, and Dalya. They went above and beyond to take care of our Australian group, making sure everyone was comfortable, well-fed, and looked after throughout our stay.
"Great service and location"
We stayed at the hotel as part of a futsal tour from Australia. We had a group of 42 people. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the service was outstanding. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. A special thanks to Lina, Lyndon and Dalyal for everything they did for us. See you again next year!
