"Clean, friendly, great beds!"
Travelling solo I was a little apprehensive about booking a city centre hotel, but, from the minute I arrived, I was met with friendly, welcoming, smiley staff. Must give a special mention to Lina…… lovely lady, who went above and beyond to be helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Food good, restaurant/bar staff great. Room clean, bed comfy. Would definitely recommend. 5*****
"Great room, lukewarm breakfast"
Staff were very friendly, room was extremely comfortable and clean. My only issue was the breakfast as the food wasn't the warmest. It was tasty but not hot which was disappointing
"Great Experience"
Travelling by yourself for work can feel intimidating, however the staff at this Premier Inn were extremely friendly and welcoming making the experience much nicer. The hotel is extremely clean and presentable in all areas. A special mention to Lina in the restaurant/bar for going out of her way to provide exceptional customer service and for making me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs were amazing. Lorain and Warren were great on check in, so friendly. Room was spotless, modern and had everything we need. Definitely would come back again if in the area again.
