    "Premier Inn going to rack & ruin."
    Convenient location with bus stop outside for short hop to city centre.Sadly thats where the positives end. Having visited this Premier Inn numerous times over the past 8 years, a visit in Sept 25, found that it has hit a new low. Initially allocated rooms 4 & 6 on the ground floor for our 3 night stay. Bathroom in room 4 smelt of urine, even after a re-clean. Moved to rooms 108 & 109. Both rooms tired, defective TV in room 108, blood on all three towels in room 109. Issued internet upgrade for first evening to allow streaming on own laptop with promise of fix next mornings. No fix, no follow up contact and no wifi voucher for second night. Checked out and found another hotel for third leaving me £200 out of pocket. This drab, unmaintained is an indicator of how a once proud Premier Inn brand is going down the drain. Im quite happy with basic but filthy is unacceptable. PS. the bed wasn`t comfy either. I`m happy to discuss further with head office should they wish to contact me.
    "Great base for Cambridge"
    Great base for visiting Cambridge. Half hourly bus takes you right into the centre. Rooms are clean and there's plenty of tea and coffee available We booked breakfast for 8 and continental and cooked where both plentiful. Staff all very helpful.
    "1 night stop in Cambridge"
    1 night stay on 19th August. Very quiet night, very good windows so didn't hear any noise from the car park,but it's not a huge hotel so shouldn't be a large number of cars coming and going anyway. Clean room and helpful staff on reception. Would stay again!
    "Very welcoming, helpful and comfortable"
    An accessible room with parking backed up by an incredibly helpful staff team. Bed was comfortable and the location excellent for Cambridge. If there was a way to fit a wall-mounted handrail one side that would be great. Other general thought - carpets would benefit from a thorough vacuum up to the edges. But overall very clean and comfortable with a useful cafe.
    "Very convenient for visiting Cambridge"
    Stayed here for a concert at Audley end estate and it was very convenient to save the drive back home and especially pleased that it was so convenient for visiting Cambridge the next day - literally half a mile from a very cheap and efficient park and ride. Check in was ok - efficient if not friendly and the room was everything you expect from a premier inn. Bathroom a little tired but everything very clean. Despite the restaurant being refurbed, breakfast was very good and lovely welcoming friendly service there - makes such a difference! Would definitely stay here again and spend longer exploring the area.

We're very close to the colleges and city centre, and there are great transport links to get you further afield too. Float along the River Cam and gaze at 'The Backs', the hidden side of Cambridge's most iconic colleges. Or get a face-to-face with a jet fighter at Duxford Air Museum. Place a side bet at Newmarket Races, then come back to the hotel for some mouth-watering food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
