Parking at Premier Inn Cambridge East (Newmarket Road) hotel

Chargeable parking is available for guests at  £11 per night. Please be advised there is limited parking at this hotel. Guests must leave by 12pm on day of departure to avoid further charges. Alternative parking can be found at Tesco, Chedders lane, Newmarket road which is limited to 15 carpark spaces (CB5 8LD). Reception will provide you with a QR code which will direct you to the myparkingspace website.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn. A lady called Kim helped us with everything, and she was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests and provides such a high standard of service. She really made a difference to my stay, and I left feeling very well looked after. Thank you!
"Fabulous stay"
Stayed for 3 nights in premier plus room. It did not disappoint! We had one evening meal here and that was lovely. A huge thank you to Anjum he absolutely made our stay extra special. He was lovely to chat with, he always had time to ask if everything was ok and asked us about our day. When we arrived he was lovely and chatty, we mentioned it was my partners birthday while we were here he went off and came back with box of chocolate for us, a really nice touch. Anjum your customer service skills our outstanding, you are an asset to Premier Inn and you totally made our stay extra special, thank you!!! 🤩
"Excellent Hotel!"
An excellent stay at an excellent hotel! The location is ideal for the location of the restaurant for my evening meal (The Plough at Fen Ditton) and the Church I went to on the Sunday (Grace Church, Arbury Road).
"Perfect customer service here - just a sting for parking!"
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. There are many amenities nearby like a gym, 4 major supermarkets and some restaurants and pubs. Arjun on front desk was amazing, he's very friendly and will help you with anything you need! We also had another young man silence some very loud upstairs neighbours who apparently wore concrete shoes at night and enjoyed getting their 10k steps in after midnight. Only gripe I have was paying £11 for parking PER DAY. Other Premier's have free so not enjoyable to tack on this expense on top of your stay, but everything else was great. Staff were more than helpful and I would definitely return.
"Very comfortable stay!"
The room was very clean & comfortable. We had to ask for decaffeinated tea & coffee. There was a Nespresso machine - but only caffeinated coffee. Water & sparkling water in the mini fridge. Very good breakfast - but again only instant decaffeinated coffee!

Our Cambridge City East hotel is the perfect place to rest your head when visiting this internationally-renowned university city.
