Alternative parking can be found at Tesco, Chedders lane, Newmarket road which is limited to 15 carpark spaces (CB5 8LD). Reception will provide you with a QR code which will direct you to the myparkingspace website.

"Outstanding receptionist"
I used their computer system to try to check in but had a problem, so I had to speak to Alan, the receptionist. He was helpful, cheerful, and friendly, and he apologised to me even though it wasn’t his fault at all. We asked him questions about the area, and he was very polite and patient with us. I’ve stayed at a lot of Premier Inns, but Alan is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever come across. So, so happy—thank you, Alan!
"Great stay."
Lovely service on Sunday 28th PM when checking in. I didn't catch his name but he was friendly, polite and chatty. The room was as expected and had enough tea and coffee ect for our one night stay. We didn't dine in the evening but we had breakfast in the morning. Again, fantastic service from the duty manager (Monday 29th AM) and the buffet was plentiful and pleasant when we came down about 9.30. the chef even came round with some pastries at the end of service for everyone and was also a credit to the site. Thank you for a lovely stay.
"Clean but noisy room. Very disappointing customer service."
Not impressed over all. Room was clean but had a permanent buzzing sound. I had an unpleasant experience in the restaurant with the kitchen/server over a woefully inadequate dessert. I was treated quite aggressively as part of their resolution. Would not stay here again. I left somewhere between upset and angry-I’ve never been treated so badly anywhere before.

I had a probleem with the original payment and booking. On Arrival Tony sorted every thing out. Hé was kind patient and very professional.

Our Cambridge City East hotel is the perfect place to rest your head when visiting this internationally-renowned university city. A guided tour is a great way to learn more about this beautiful city, which is steeped in rich cultural and academic history. Cambridge is a must for art lovers, with the Fitzwilliam Museum and Ruskin Gallery within walking distance of the hotel. And for an authentic Cambridge experience, you've to try punting on the river.
