Alternative parking can be found at Tesco, Chedders lane, Newmarket road which is limited to 15 carpark spaces (CB5 8LD). "Clean but noisy room. Very disappointing customer service."
Not impressed over all. Room was clean but had a permanent buzzing sound. I had an unpleasant experience in the restaurant with the kitchen/server over a woefully inadequate dessert. I was treated quite aggressively as part of their resolution. Would not stay here again. I left somewhere between upset and angry-I’ve never been treated so badly anywhere before.

I had a probleem with the original payment and booking. On Arrival Tony sorted every thing out. Hé was kind patient and very professional.

"Weekend escape to beautiful Cambridge"
A good quality Premier Inn, the Plus room we had was very nice, clean, comfortable and bright. We had dinner both nights and the service in the bar was excellent, food very nice and the takeaway pizza I had to take back to our room was superb, credit to the Chef! All the staff were very helpful and friendly, shout-out to Anjum in particular, excellent service delivery, thanks very much!

Our Cambridge City East hotel is the perfect place to rest your head when visiting this internationally-renowned university city. A guided tour is a great way to learn more about this beautiful city, which is steeped in rich cultural and academic history.
