"Confortable with a good night sleep"
comfortable clean and pleaant as I would expect Premier inn to be. The staff were very good and pleasant. I only sayed two nights. the only reservation i have is that each night was a different price and the Saturday night was more expensive than Friday. it was more than I usually pay for a Premier Inn but I expect it was because it was Cambridge. The windows didn't open but the air conditioner/temp controls made it comfortable and considering the hotel's position, is probably a good thing.
"A satisfying stay."
My stay was at the Corn Exchange Cambridge. The parking, as with many of these places, was not ideal. The first night, I parked nearby, which was expensive. I used the park and ride thereafter, which was much more convenient, although people with mobility issues may struggle, as I still had to walk to the bus stop. The hotel itself was very good, the rooms spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. There are lifts available to different levels. The food was very good, not a massive choice, but good quality- and a good offer including dinner, a drink and breakfast. The breakfast as always, was plentiful. The staff were very helpful, especially if you’re unsure of any thing. Overall, a good stay.
"A good visit !"
Arrived and checked in and found the reception team to be friendly and very accommodating. Was part of a big group arriving and we used bar area as a meet n greet venue; worked well. Some chose to stay in hotel to eat whilst others ventured into town. Food was great, couldn’t fault it, for our group, head chef was very attentive to our dietary requirements. Only downside or issues - premier room advertises coffee pod & sweet treats in room - none in room. Happy hour - a lot of drinks were unavailable, at least 6 of the lagers / beer draughty unavailable and no London dry gin … still managed to enjoy our stay.
"Zak was amazing"
This premier in was really lovely Zak was e pleasure to meet and very helpful great location very clean and well kept would definitely recommend and be returning
"Cambridge Premier Inn"
Can I just say how impressed I have been so far. There was a low amount of handwash and toilet paper in my room. When I raised it with the staff they promptly and courteously dealt with both matters. I then had an evening meal with a friend. I had the Thai green curry. My friend had the chicjen katsu curry. My Thai green curry was absolutely one of the best I have had and on a par or better than in Thai restaurants. A special shout out to Mitchell and Anas. Mitchell is a credit to the team as are all the others.
