"A very comfortable stay in a Premier Plus room"

An excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms containing everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location is very convenient to the M11.

Great hotel. Excellent location and lovely area. The room was very comfortable and spotless. On site free parking with lots of spaces. We would stay there again if we visit the area.

"Great Premier Inn with lovely staff and a delicious gluten free breakfast"

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Cambridge. The hotel was easy to park at and felt nice and new when we walked in. We were greeted by a helpful receptionist who managed to give us two rooms only a few doors away from each other, despite a large group checking in and needing to all be next to each other. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the hotel was well positioned for getting into Cambridge or the visiting the IWM Duxford. Our eldest daughter is coeliac and we were really impressed by how she was catered for at breakfast. Abdul greeted us both mornings (and remembered about my daughter being coeliac the second morning) and provided my daughter with an allergen book as brought over freshly washed cutlery and mug as well as a fresh napkin. He advised he not to eat from the buffet and he came to take her order for a cooked breakfast where it was cooked fresh in the kitchen - it took quite a while to arrive which was actually reassuring as Abdul said everything would be completely wiped down and washed first. The breakfast our daughter had was lovely and came with a flag saying it was GF. Our breakfasts from the buffet were also very nice. We also had some nachos the night we arrived - these were a bit disappointing as they were cold and the cheese wasn’t stringy and melted - it was more like a sauce. However, the waiter (I didn’t get his name - tall and dark hair) was so lovely. We would definitely stay here again due to the kind and attentive staff and the ability for our daughter to enjoy a lovely gluten free breakfast safely.

"Visit to Cambridge. Great hotel in a convenient location with friendly and helpful staff"

The hotel was perfectly located both for access from the A14 and for a taxi ride in to Cambridge. There was a warm and friendly atmosphere and staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, clean and cosy, with a very good bathroom.
