"Good meal so far"
Great Stay. Great Staff, especially Ali, helpful and saved us money on meal deal prices. Premier inn rooms great as usual.

I returned to this lovely hotel after a wonderful Christmas holiday experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, creating an almost family-like atmosphere. I will definitely return and recommend it to my friends and family.

I've stayed a couple of times here for work on week days. The staff have been professional and courteous and welcoming especially Sreemon who has done whatever he can to accommodate. All in all I would give this hotel the thumbs up including the restaurant which I found good standard and good value for money Well done Premier Inn

Looked peculiar from outside. Once inside it was all very clean tidy and welcoming. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Only draw back and it's not aimed at this one premier inn but all, when you book a family room why is there only one chair when there would be at least 3 required.
"Never again for any Premier Now"
While the bedroom was OK, the restaurant and selection is not, this hotel runs a booking service to eat. In their restaurant are on Tuesday night I was told I could have a table at 20.45 ridiculous after a 14 hour day for work. But if you order a meal from the menu as a bar meal you can eat, at time thats suits you. Plus it arrives quicker tooyou so after that I used the in the bar area every night. Everything comes with overcooked French fries, when I asked if they had mashed potates , one night when my daughter joined. The blunt answer was no. Just chips. Outstandingly poor customer service. Even better is, if you have a refund from them, they do not tell how manys days, you will have to wait before it is paid into your bank account. So this afternoon, I called into my nearest Premier inn site to find just how long Whitbread take to issue refunds to customer. Both of the reception staff on duty gave different answers. 1 claimed 5 days , when I pointed. I was already at day 5, the 2nd member of staff then claimed it takes 10 days. Only for thr 1st member of staff to add that is 5 working days as head office do not have any staff in at weekends. Utter rubbish they are a hospitality group, so some staff would be rotated to work weekends. The best comment came, when I asked them both how do I complain then. Only to be told by the 1st member of staff you will not get a reply because Premier inn do not care about customer complaints. So much for their carefully crafted television adverts. Would I ever book another Premier inn after this in the UK or Europe?? No Next time I will book an Accor group brand, who do care about their customers and offer better menu selections even in their Ibis brand and they have better bathrooms too!
