"Good hotel in great location"
Easy check in - Kwabema on reception was polite and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and spacious enough for 2 people . As it’s a weekday we didn’t have any disturbance from the nightlife. Great location for the theatre which is just around the corner.
"Lovely room and lovely staff"
On arrival we met Kwabena at reception and he was very polite and explained everything to us. Thank you so much for having lovely Housekeeping staff as well because we didn’t know how to work the air conditioning. Comfortable room and spacious bathroom.
"Excellent "
Five stars: The reason that the rating is 5 begins before I arrive at the hotel. I called a week before the day of the reserved room and a gentleman named Kwabena took his time to explain clearly some questions and requests that I had. When I arrived at the hotel I met Mr Kwabena who remembered me and he already had resolved satisfactory my request. Of course all the staff at the hotel were polite, educated and professional always with a smile and ready to make me very welcome and comfortable. I recommend honestly this hotel. Thank you.
"Poor service, smelly and dated hotel rooms"
Self check in screens weren't working, a staff member appeared and using minimal words rang someone, asked if room X was ready yet, then after a lengthy wait he gave us a room key card. No mention of room number or where to go or any other information a guest would want to know. When we saw the number written on the card it wasn't the number he asked about on the phone so clearly our room wasn't ready yet. And this was after 3pm the stated check in time. The room smelt awful, smelt stale and not even an option to open the window. The shower also smelt stale. Walls and floorboard are paper thin, you can hear everything and floorboards are so creaky, woken up multiple times throughout the stay. Parking is limited so be mindful of that if driving. We won't be staying here again, not the premier inn experience they advertise that's for sure.
"Excellent Service by KWABENIA"
Spacious rooms Clean Very nice area near to everything And very helpful staff specially Mr. Kwabenia who helped us a lot
