Milton Keynes South hotel

Lovely welcome and free biscuits a nice touch stunning views from room ashame door to patio stiff and hard to lock and unlock as would of like to use more. Breakfast Lovely and fresh and all staff friendly and welcoming would love to visit again soon 😊

Our second stay in this hotel. The room heating didn't work on our visit last year and it didn't work this visit either. We have stayed in three other Premier Inn hotels in the last year and the heating didn't work in any of those hotels either. Obviously the owners have disabled the heating to cut costs. So the room was cold. Breakfast is very expensive and unfortunately again just like last time the cooked breakfast was luke warm and within 5 minutes of being on the cold plate the food was completely cold. We only stay in Premier Inns as a last resort favouring B+Bs instead which offer a much better experience overall

One of the best wheelchair accessible rooms we’ve ever stayed in!! Arrived on Friday & Grace on reception was so friendly & helpful opening all the doors, getting us. extra towels & duvets to help us with sleeping propped up & offering to help with the wheelchair!! The room was big enough for our three wheelchairs which is very rare, the bathroom had plenty of hand rails, the shower seat was sturdy & the shower curtains were easy to reach!! When we had breakfast Elaine working in the restaurant was kind enough to get all our drinks & food, as carrying them one handed would be difficult especially hot drinks!! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff & I would highly recommend staying here especially if you need a proper size wheelchair accessible room!! An added bonus was the beautiful lake with the ducks, swans & geese on, going round for an evening stroll was lovely!! We will definitely be back!!

Reckon this is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Extremely reasonably priced at this time of year for a lovely room with amazing view over Caldecotte Lake which you can go for a long walk around. Room was very comfortable and clean and we got the impression the hotel had recently had a facelift. All staff, including the kitchen staff, were so friendly and welcoming. There was a good choice for breakfast and the cooked items were beautifully cooked. Plates and cups promptly cleared away. Very nice breakfast room. We stayed overnight so we could get to Bletchley Park promptly the next day (also highly recommended). Hickory's smokery restaurant and bar next door was amazing with delicious food and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and literally adjoining the hotel, with outside tables overlooking the beautiful lake with geese, ducks, swans and rowers. Despite there being a lot of people visiting the lake on a lovely sunny day, it was very quiet and peaceful inside the hotel room. Would definitely revisit.

Excellent, pretty location close to Bletchley Park. Good parking. Pleasant, cheerful reception staff. Good quality continental breakfast
