"Lovely views and very clean"
On arrival we noticed the sunning area of the hotel with the big lake just a stones throw away. The car parking has great availability right next to the hotel. The ladies on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel seemed very clean and up to date. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom was very clean and up to date. Next door there is a hungry horse if you fancy a few drinks or an evening meal which has an area for kids to play. Overall great experience and very nice hotel

"Needs Air Con"
Size of room was great, family room easily fit all 4 of us with room to spare.
Staff were all really friendly, breakfast was great and location is first rate....lovely wall around the lake.
However the major let down of this hotel is the lack of air con, it was only 23 degrees when we stayed but the temp in our room overnight was an unbearable 29!!
All we had was a fan and a window that had restricted opening sp none of us got much sleep.
Get some air con in these rooms and it would be a great place to stay.
If you're staying in Autumn/Winter I'm sure it would be fine

"Relaxing break by the lake."
The Premier Inn at Furzton Lake was well positioned for a relaxing break and to walk around the lake. The receptionist was helpful and dealt with a problem immediately. Initially the room we were allocated was extremely hot, the outside temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. Although the curtains were drawn and there were 2 fans to use my husband found it too unbearable so he spoke to the receptionist and we were allocated a room in the shade which felt immediately cooler. There was a pond with a fountain on that looked spectacular and the lake on site. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Helpful your self buffet. The waitress’ were helpful and friendly. Although the Premier Inn doesn’t have a restaurant there is a Hungry Horse,Green King Pub adjacent to the hotel which we dined in and enjoyed our meal there.
We stayed in Furzton Lake to visit Bletchley Park and our mini break was refreshing and we enjoyed our time in the area.

"Unacceptable accommodation and customer care"
My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during July as had tickets for Silverstone. We were aware the hotel had no air conditioning but the temperature in our rooms was recorded in excess of 29 degrees. We were given a small fan which was useless, a restrictor on the only window which only allowed it open a small amount. We hardly had any sleep which ruined our special planned day at Silverstone the following day which we had paid a fair amount for tickets. I reported our complaint both nights to reception who were unable to help or relocate our rooms and informed us our rooms were considerably hotter than other rooms on the other side of the building and was told to contact customer care for a refund. I contacted Premier Inn customer care and the CEO higher level complaint procedure after our stay who did not consider this as a refund which I find not acceptable. The pub/restaurant opposite our rooms played very loud music until late and the noise from people sitting in their outside area also stopped us from sleeping.
I am so annoyed and surprised how this complaint has been dealt with as we were unable to sleep in such high temperature rooms (in excess of 29 degrees) with insufficient ventilation and no customer care at all from the hotel's reception. It was a 'nothing we can do I'm afraid', no help or being able to offer us other 'coller' rooms that the hotel informed us were fully booked.
We have stayed at many Premier Inn hotels but never again. Very poor service and hotel accommodation.
