"Overall good nice setting."
Overall our stat was good, room overall was clean but a little tired, bathroom was very tired. Breakfast was very good. No aircon so room was unbearable hot with only a fan. Parking was excellent and free. Lovely setting with lake to walk round. Hungry horse pub next door was very good for food but did get busy.

"As expected - amazing service for allergies"
Stayed during Silverstone weekend with work. Hotel was as expected.
But the standout was the staff during breakfast. As someone with allergies I was blown away by the care taken to wipe down the table, freshly cook the food, clean cutlery etc. So thankful for Sue, Karen, Shannon (chef) - there was one more who I didn’t catch the name of - for taking such good care of me and ensuring I was well fuelled for the rest of the busy days.

Two youngsters on reception. Totally uninterested and lacking a warm welcome.
Room clean, bathroom tiny
The room was exceptionally hot, no A/C
Bed good, this Premier Inn had a tired feel, maybe time for a revamp!

"Rude receptionist, no air-con, nice scenery and wildlife"
The location of Furtzon Premier Inn is lovely, beautiful lake but the hotel receptionist needs to be trained up in improving her people and communication skills. She was very rude and unhelpful, also didn't wear a name badge. Arrived 20 minutes early and asked if the room was ready, she told me she would not check and if I wanted her to check I will be charged £15 for early check in, she could have been more polite. My partner then arrived around 4pm and went to check in under my name, she immediately snapped saying the booking didn't exist but it became apparent she just didn't listen properly. There was no explanation as to what time breakfast was or where it would be served. There is no air con which made sleeping a struggle, however a fan was provided.

Hotel is in a nice location. However staff on reception could put a smile on there face and provide basic information such as location and timing of breakfast, which you would usually get staying in a hotel.
