"Great Little Hotel"
Lovely small hotel so very quiet despite being close to Escape. Very clean and tidy with friendly front desk staff who (crucially) were always there. No wondering around trying to find someone to help. Restaurant next door was very good with a reasonable standard at breakfast. Plenty of parking available.

"Nice, Clean hotel."
After we went to wrong Premier inn which was about 5 minutes down the road and paying £2.40 for 2 hours we eventually got to our premier Inn.
Rej was very helpful and help us paying for parking and booking meals and breakfast.
Only downside was people upstairs sounded like elephants stomping across floor and door slamming. Wife went to reception to complain about noise as we didn't get much sleep. It did eventually stop gone midnight. Someone tried using their keycard to get into our daughter's room at about 11.30pm.
But this is not people fault who work there is it down to the people staying in the rooms having no respect for other residents staying in hotel.
Rej who greeted us on the reception desk was really helpful and went above and beyond.

"Superb reception and care by the manager Rej"
I stayed the night at the Xscape hotel in central Milton Keynes for business. The manager Rej Choudhury met me in the car park and knew who I was as he saw the amount of kit I was carrying for work and said -‘no wonder you requested a ground floor room’. Such care and attentiveness and service is rare in a hotel. He then helped me with the parking ticket machine and wheeling my luggage into the hotel and to my room.
I have stayed in dozens of Premier Inns for business and never experienced such a helpful and kind member of staff as Rej Choudhury. He made my stay extremely welcoming and treated me with utmost professionalism and set the tone for the rest of my stay. I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel.

Great little premier inn
Lady on reception absolutely marvellous excellent customer service ( you could send the premier inn staff from Skegness premier inn for some customer service training here they would learn a lot)
Maybe a bit dated but everything works and very comfortable

"Great location, clean rooms"
We've stayed here a few times and would be happy to stay again. Great location near the Xscape and a short drive/15-20 min walk from the hub. Well kept property, and clean rooms. Rej the chirpy receptionist lifted our stay by being friendly and helpful as always!
