    "OK stay but with reservations."
The Premier Inn was pretty much as expected. The room was OK but the bathroom looked like it had had a superficial clean with scraps of toilet paper still on the floor and the toilet itself not properly cleaned. The food in the attached pub was good and the breakfast was fine. However, the service in the evening was slow and showed no real 'service'. The waiters were all young guys who were polite but just dished out the food. They had to be called to take our dessert order and two tables next to us had dirty crockery on them the entire 2 hours we were there and never got cleared. The table was also sticky. If we lived locally we would not bother with this pub to eat in.
    "Great stay"
Great value, you know what your getting and especially good due to the family rooms available. Shame that the electric car chargers weren't fitted yet, but looks like there are plans for these soon!
    "Great inn"
Always stay here ,when we visit our granddaughter and family Always a great stay food is good rooms are comfortable and so is the bed
    "Disappointed."
On arrival at 2.15pm we were told the charge was £15 to check in before 3pm???? We refused and had to check in after our afternoon/evening event (after 9pm). At The Brewers Fayre Restaurant the service and food were good as usual but the outside area (paved) is a disgrace. It is filthy with cigarette ends and used glasses and cups etc. everywhere left uncleared.
    "Good for rat watching"
Room was clean and temperature fine. Controls working. Staff pleasant. Let down was the dining area - needs a makeover. Tables greasy. Coffee machine broken. Food OK but slightly unnerved to see a rat on the patio!
