"No sleep as too hot. Horrific."
Take extra fans and light pjs as rooms are hotter than the sun . And electric extension cord as no plug near bed. The outside of hotel is filthy and never gets swept so rubbish everywhere. Restaurant very understaffed so bottles and glasses outside very rarely get moved. Outside furniture about to break, someone will get hurt by it breaking soon
    "Good budget choice "
Goose budget choice, clean and comfortable. Pleasant decor and opening window appreciated Hair dryer and drinking glasses would have been useful. Reasonable gluten freer breakfast although toast/bread would have been good.
    "Lovely overnight stay"
Family Room was lovely and bigger than I thought, nice and cool when we arrived after a busy drive from Legoland. Lovely comfy beds, Fresh towels, power shower, extra bedding, choice of lighter bedding at reception, we had air con in the room but we're advised when booking that we wouldn't have it. TV signal wasn't great but by the time we got back from food we were ready for bed. Plenty of plug points. The additional meal deal is good value if you don't want to venture out with the kids.
"Nice hotel but horrendous mildew smell in Bathroom"
I stayed at Premier Inn for a weekend to myself and the vast majority of my stay was great. The people were lovely, the food tasted great, I slept really well, and the main room itself was lovely and clean. The one BIG issue was the smell in the bathroom. It stank horrendously of mildew, which only got worse if the light (and the fan) were off for long periods of time (such as overnight). Even when the fan had been on for a long time, the smell was still there although it was tolerable for a quick in and out. The only time the smell disappeared was when the scent of shower products overpowered it. Fortunately, with the bathroom door closed the smell remained contained and I could forget about it until I needed to open it again. Due to this, my stay was only mildly inconvenienced rather than terrible, although I cannot give the rating any higher than average. As the rest of my stay was wonderful, I intend to try this location again in the future and hope for a less mildew-y bathroom!
    "Good location."
I believe this hotel is having a refit done because inside it needs it. It's within easy reach of the motorway. Room was comfy and clean. The food we ate was good but lacking a few things . No scrambled eggs at breakfast and continental breakfast very basic. Pancakes were dry. Unfortunately cutting staffing levels effects performance and its shows.
