"The staff make this place special"
I have stayed here every week for the last two months for work and in all honesty I was dreading it…….. how wrong I was!!!
Yes they have building work happening…… yes the parking is pretty awful (hence the 4/5 rating) but the staff……. They make the place!!!
I was greeted by Kul who is simply a force of nature!!! Bubbly, happy, welcoming. For a night concierge who are generally miserable night dwellers she is a polar opposite!! Outstanding customer service….. and that smile!!!!
Moving on to the adjacent restaurant…… its tired decoratively but the food is ok and again the staff are attentive and friendly from the two rather unique ladies on breakfast through to the bar staff I can’t fault them. Gutted to hear they may lose their roles when the restaurant gets taken over…… they deserve better.
To summarise…… comfortable, welcoming and friendly……. Firmly one of my favourites now

Hotel description
Enjoy some wonderful views of the Chilterns, with the M40 only a minute's drive away. High Wycombe Beaconsfield is the perfect place for work and play with three large business parks are nearby, as well as Legoland and Wembley Stadium.
Stroll around the manicured grounds at Hughenden House. Have a piece of the action at Legoland Theme Park. Or at Wembley Stadium, which is just two train stops away. Visit us in August for the Rewind Festival in Henley, then come back and truly unwind with huge comfy beds and a Brewers Fayre restaurant.
