Aylesbury hotel

Spent 3 nights , the first night I was in a standard room and it was lovely , comfy, bath hair dryer tea and coffee facilities. Room was hot ,no air-conditioning but a large fan was in the room. Second night I had a different booking and it was prem plus I think it was called, another lovely room , comfy air conditioning , bath hair dryer coffee machine, iron etc. Staff really nice. Only one negative no lift , thankfully one flight of stairs only. Would def return. Thanks for a lovely stay

I stayed at the Premier Inn in Aylesbury with my husband and had a very positive experience. The day before arriving, I realised I needed to attend a confidential online meeting for work during our stay. I called the Premier Inn and was easily connected to the Aylesbury branch, where I spoke with Upendra. I explained that I needed somewhere private for around an hour so I could attend the meeting away from my husband and without being disturbed. Upendra was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She said she would look into whether there was somewhere suitable for me and let me know that she would also be working the following day when I arrived. It was lovely knowing that I already had a friendly point of contact who was genuinely trying to help. When we arrived, our room was spotless and had everything my husband and I needed for a comfortable stay. Upendra had also managed to find a private space where I could use my laptop and attend my confidential meeting undisturbed. I really appreciated this, as it was certainly not something she had to arrange for me, and I completely understand that on a busier day it might not have been possible. What stood out was Upendra’s willingness to try. She went above and beyond to help, was friendly and accommodating throughout, and expected absolutely nothing in return. Excellent customer service can make such a difference to a stay, and Upendra is a wonderful example of that. Thank you for making our visit to the Premier Inn Aylesbury such a positive one.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and what I would hope for having paid for a premium room. Sadly this was badly let down by discovering that our bathroom bin had not been emptied and someone else's sanitary waste was in the bin. This was disgusting and toally unacceptable. I have complained to Premier Inn and was told I would hear from them in 3-5 days, but after more than a week, I have heard nothing. Very poor.

Bugs in the bed had stains in toilet not been clean before we got there check out 45 mins me and my family had get another hotel disgusted
