The food and service in the hungry horse was horrid five beers on the tap only one working tables was sticky asked for pinapple on my gammon got egg the lady didn't eaven apologise was told I could have any thing of the menu because my company got a meal deal with the room I picked s mixed grill and was asked to pay £3.99 extra and the lemonade was flat in 2 minutes in the glass over all horrid service

"Friendly, welcoming, efficient"
Despite me arriving very late in the evening, Lisa and Jenny were extremely welcoming, friendly, and personable.
They were polite and informative about the hotel and reassuring in the fact that there is always someone on Reception all night, if I needed anything.
As an employer myself, I found them to be excellent ambassadors for your company.

The location is easy to find at the back of retail park, room was basic, but clean. Mandy and Lisa were helpful and checked us in at 1am (late flight back from Bristol airport) breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice and good. Downside as with a number of other Premier inns, they are looking tired inside, especially the bathrooms.

This is a typical Premier Inn but there was a limited menu and the bar closed at 2200. The site at Hengrove is due for redevelopment and is looking very tired indeed. There is the usual Costa and KFC on the site and therefore the was a lot traffic on the one way car park and a lot of seagull noise. No air con and even with a fan the room was very stuffy.
