"No food available at all"
Clean & comfortable beds.
Room & bathroom are tired & need redecorating.
No breakfast options available at all. Was informed the evening before travelling & had paid upfront. Paid for breakfast in advance which was refunded. Hugely disappointing as we are a family of 4. Nearest option was Costa opposite which was expensive & not really comparable.

Beds always good but no restaurant available. Shabby room with outmoded shower facilities. You are in the middle of a cinema park where the cinema has now shut and most restaurants boarded up

"Really bad experience"
The hotel is on a run down retail park. When we stayed there was no power to the kitchen so no food was available. The room we stayed in had a really bad smell resulting in us leaving in the middle of the night.
Would not recommend.

Stayed here many times but this time it was completely different the smiley happy chatty receptionist has gone was which was a big part of returning . Got to my room and the smell was so strong I had to spray my expensive perfume there was dust and cobwebs everywhere the bath plug had hair in from god knows how many previous guest as for the restaurant I walked in was told a 45 min wait even though I’d booked a table so walked back out and got kfc the staff are rude and definitely needs to go on a course for people skills sad to say I will not be returning
