    "Crap. Food was ,Not Cooked, the Steak I asked for, wasnt what i got, Wrong Cut of meat & soRaw, it nearly ran off the plate."
    This has to be the Worst place I Have EVER Eaten in. My Steak was Not the Steak I asked for or paid for. I asked for a 8oz Sirlion. They Broughton a rump which was about 5oz`s .I asked for my meal to be cooked Medium, It came out Tiching,& when I cut into it, It Bled like it's Throat had just be cut.I asked for it to go back. When it came back, the Outside was Burnt, The inside was exactly the same. I asked for the manager to get my £££ back, when he eventually came out the man was very Sheepish.I asked for my money back, which he said he would do , He Tried saying that they only been open 3 ẅeeks & was Still getting things sorted ,Sorry But if your Not Ready to Open up, where you have the Right Food to give the Customers ,You Shouldn't of Opened,
    "Not the best premier we have stayed in"
    Cleanliness wasnt the best grout in shower black, corners of rooms extremely dusty. Only 1 coffee sachet in room empty packet left from previous occupents. Decor needs updating and carpets cleaned

    Pleasant stay room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful disappointed with breakfast. Plenty of room in car park

    Yes the room we stayed in was ‘tired’ and suffocatingly hot (despite the open window and fan going all night) but we got a midweek deal for £70 including a good breakfast so happy with that. Also the staff were really friendly both on the desk and in the restaurant next door. Note the restaurant is being prepared for a full refurb so presumably will not be available in the near future. Check before you go if this is important as there’s nothing much else nearby

    We arrived without a booking having abandoned the worst nightmare accommodation. The ladies at reception were amazing, sorted us out without fuss. They went beyond and above to help. Whatever your choice or expectations are, the staff will help.
