"Good Experiance and Racheal"
The Best Premier Inn good location rooms and specially service. I allways stay here fpr Business and staff are really nice welcoming.
Rachael stands out though, amazing personality allways make sure everyone is having perfect breakfast and is welcomed.
Thank You Racheal, will come to cribbs just because of your attitude.

"Brilliant restaurant staff"
We recently stayed at this Premier Inn and while we’ve had fantastic experiences here in the past, this visit got off to a very frustrating start.
We had paid for early check-in because I was having laser eye surgery that day and needed a comfortable place to rest sooner. However, when we arrived before 3:00 pm we were told our early check-in had been cancelled and refunded for an unknown reason without any prior notification. We were forced to wait around for about an hour and by the time normal check-in opened, the lobby was chaotic. There were technical IT issues and about 30 to 40 people all trying to check in at once.
Fortunately, things improved once we finally got to our room. We booked the Premier Plus rooms and they were lovely and absolutely perfect and clean.
We had our evening meal at the hotel restaurant which unfortunately also had a few hiccups. One of our starters came with brown and unappetising lettuce and the steaks we ordered medium-rare came out very well-done. However, the saving grace of our entire evening was our two waiters, Oceanna and Lewis.
They were amazingly helpful, polite and professional. They completely agreed and understood that the food wasn't up to standard and they got everything replaced without question and with a genuine smile. They even gave us a complimentary drink and kept checking in on us to ensure the rest of our meal was okay. Simply put, those two made our evening meal experience so much better. We want to send a huge, special thank you to Oceanna and Lewis!
I think we just happened to visit on a particularly hectic day compounded by IT issues. Because the hotel has been great previously, and because the staff handled the hiccups so well, we would still consider staying again.

"No daily housekeeping or help to resolve issues during your stay."
Usually my go to when visiting Bristol however, very disappointing stay at the Premier Inn Cribbs Causeway, especially after paying extra for a Plus Room.
We upgraded specifically for the coffee machine, but it stopped working on the first morning. We reported it twice and were told a manager would sort it, but nobody ever came and it was never fixed during our stay. It’s a generic cheaper coffee machine but the pods are nespresso
It also wasn’t made clear when booking that there is no daily housekeeping or restocking (or at least there wasn’t in the plus rooms) Only one toilet roll was provided and we ended up running out before checkout.
Despite the room being advertised as quiet, we were woken around midnight by guests shouting and running through the corridor.
The ‘luxury’ products they advertise for a plus room are just Baylis and Harding unsure what they put in normal rooms but wouldn’t class them as luxury.
The positives would be free parking and that the room was spacious
Overall, poor value for money and disappointing service, particularly as the main issue we raised twice was never resolved.

"Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had"
I could write an essay but will try keep it short and sweet. On arrival, bed had hairs in and stain (which later staff tried to deny was there… wish I took a picture). Moved rooms… at 1:30am found a tear and stain in the bed. Went down to reception and was given another room (kindly was upgraded although this was not necessary, was only after a clean bed). 3rd room also had hairs in the bed yet was still the cleanest of all 3. Will attach pics. Cherry on top was a staff member walking in to the room unannounced whilst I was undressed… couldn’t make it up. Apparently this was due to our room key making it into the check out box, which is baffling as my partner and I both had our keys on us. Other than the gentleman that helped me at 1:30am, staff were very disappointing and condescending. Especially when I was told at checkout that there was no stain on the first bed…
We have reported this to guest relations and so far they seem very helpful and opened an investigation.

"Great breakfast"
Great atmosphere, our server Helen was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. Not busy when we visited.
