"Good hotel but restaurant is extremely slow service"
Hotel is clean and tidy and room is like I expect from a premier inn. The food was ok but it was stupidly long wait it took 45 mins for a burger 20 minutes for a drink! It’s not the staffs fault as it looks like they’re understaffed but they had a manager just stood at the till literally just looking over orders! Common sense there is if it’s busy and there are long waits they should help but she didn’t.
"A reliably comfortable good-value hotel"
This is the third time I have stayed in this Premier Inn. It's very convenient for breaking a long journey from Edinburgh to the SouthWest - just off the motorway, plenty of parking, and good value for dinner, bed and breakfast. Meals were tasty, service was fine. The room (as usual) was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. I will continue to use Premier Inns for breaking my long journeys.
"Excellent and exceptionally quiet hotel"
Excellent, large hotel. Plenty of parking. Exceptionally quiet - didn't hear any noise from the surrounding roads or businesses. Super easy and quick check in on arrival. Room spotlessly clean. Food at breakfast and supper delicious. Decaff coffee unavailable - please make this available in the future.

I booked this hotel as I was working locally for a couple of days - I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were friendly and helpful Lewis Aleena and Helen made me feel welcome and nothing was a problem they were all more than happy in their work. (Very funny overhearing their conversations ) Evening meal was a bit of a let down after breakfast . Rooms were clean but corridors and lifts were dirty. Car park was free which was a bonus. Overall great stay and I will return.
"Lovely hotel definitely recommend"
Such a lovely hotel, beds comfortable, room modern and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, nice bar and restaurant area. We ate in the pub next door it was lovely. Close to Bristol Zoo Project and Cribbs Causeway. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
