"Certainly will be coming back here."
The staff at this hotel are amazing. So pleasant friendly and there to assist you. One member that really out-shined the rest was Cathy. Congratulation and keep up the good work.

Clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Well presented, comfortable. The free wifi didn't work at all and poor wifi in this day is such an annoyance... no need to provide for downloading movies etc, but just to be able to check the weather and search up tourist attractions.

Fantastic hotel. Only stayed 1 night as stop over after flight. Arrived at 3.30am and reception were just as welcoming as if we'd arrived at a proper time! Will definitely be using this hotel again 👌🏻
"Lovely hotel and staff, food not great."
This is a difficult one but nevertheless I gave it 4 stars. The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. As we were travelling a long way back to Cornwall after a family Wedding we wanted to break our journey, so I had a look on the Premier Inn website and there was a choice of Premier plus rooms which included the coffee machine water fridge et cetera, or just the standard room. There wasn’t much difference in price so I thought let’s have a treat, my other half likes a coffee so we booked a premium plus room for the Sunday. We arrived about 7 pm we checked ourselves in we got to the room which was lovely but a hand towel was missing from the bathroom and then there was no coffee pods and we thought oh no worries we’ll go and ask reception, we went down and she gave us a hand towel but couldn’t find any coffee pods, she said she would find out and get some to the room, by that time it was about 8 pm and we needed to eat so we went to the the restaurant. It was busy but looked like people were leaving and we were given a table. We looked at the menus and we ordered drinks, after while the waitress came back and took our food order. However this took a very long time and it was gone 9pm when the food arrived, unfortunately it was awful. I had ordered sirloin steak and it was disgusting. The chips look like they’ve been overcooked, the steak was like the sole of a shoe, over cooked, thin and items were missing off the plate, my other half ordered a burger the bun was cold and his burger was Luke warm, we called the waitress over and we sent the food back, the waitress said that someone had gone home from the kitchen which can’t be helped and that put a strain on everybody else, I also understand they were short staffed that night and lots of people had arrived in waves coming off the M5. I still needed to eat. and I didnt want anything else on the menu and they had run out of a few things so I asked for another steak. My other half didn’t want anything else. He was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food, when my steak arrived it wasn’t that great but I was starving and I ate it. The waitress offered us free drinks but we declined and after my meal she said she wouldn’t charge. I felt very sorry for the staff that night, they were under extreme pressure with the volume of people coming in and I have to say a big thank you to Poppy the waitress who was supposed to leave her shift but stayed on. We were so tired by then after travelling we went back to our room and still no coffee pods, there were only 2 sachets of Nescafé so other half had that, luckily I had my own tea bags. So after all that I could have booked a standard room. The next morning we didn’t have anything to drink so my other half went to find a housekeeper, she had 2 coffee pods and said they hadn’t had a delivery. So after all that I wished I had booked a standard room. We didn’t have breakfast as couldn’t face it.

Excellent stay at this prem. Lovely clean rooms and excellent service at breakfast from Helen, very friendly and efficient... great service
