"Relaxed stay"
Lewis Mead Premier Inn is a new hotel and felt very fresh and clean in the room and in public areas. The staff were friendly and so I had an easy and relaxed stay. The cost was very reasonable too.
"Comfortable stay"
Clean and comfortable room, polite and welcoming staff. Had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast wasn’t anything special so you might want to lower your expectations if you’re expecting anything other than a very basic offering. Otherwise, it was pretty much what I expected.
"Hotel near bus station"
Clean hotel with friendly staff, lift access, and a good full breakfast for a reasonable price. Good location for walking access to city centre.
"Premier inn stay was great until breakfast."
Reception staff was very kind and polite, full of advice. Room was very clean and nicely decorated for my friends birthday. However, the next morning when we arrived for breakfast the staff were extremely rude, my partner politely said good morning to the deputy manager on shift as she was serving us, she gave him a blunt look and no reply. I ordered poached eggs, they took over 15 minutes to arrive (the restaurant was not busy) and they arrived basically raw. As a fellow worker within the premier inn company I was extremely disappointed in this experience.
"Good staffing."
Stayed here recently, we were meant to be staying for 2 nights but we had to cancel for the second and we were very impressed that for they gave us a full refund for the night we didn't stay.We also ate at the brewers Inn attached to the hotel food was really nice did take a while to serve though.

Our new-generation bedrooms, each featuring and impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright, modern bathroom with a large shower head, and extra-comfy bed are a great contrast to the quirky Christmas Steps Arts Quarter and the Unitarian Meeting House. You're spoilt for choice for things to do in and around Lewins Mead. The famous Floating Harbour, only a 15 minute walk away, is a hub for eating, drinking and cultural attractions such as M-Shed, Watershed and SS Britain. When you've had your fill of the city, come back to your Bristol hotel and sit down to dinner at Brewers Fayre, our on-site restaurant.
