"Staff enter room when am naked"
Stayed at premier inn Bridgewater Bristol road. On my last nite 9pm approx had staff knocking the door then entering after 2 seconds. This happened twice whilst naked. Creeped me out. Wouldn't recommend hotel.

The welcome from the receptionist was warm and everything about my stay was very good, well up to the high standard I expect from Premier Inn.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The room was clean and tidy. All the staff friendly and welcoming and very efficent. I felt safe as a lone female guest. Great location to explore the city I would recommend for a short stay. X

WE stayed for a couple of nights & took advantage of the early book in. The staff were all so welcoming & helpful. The room was very comfortable & clean. Nice & quiet despite being in the City Centre. Loved the Brewers Fayre which was attached to the hotel

The customer service is second to none. I was checked in by Harry who was incredibly helpful and cheerful and made me feel really welcome. I had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and had everything I needed and my room even had a bath. Couldn’t ask for more.
