"Dirty towels"
The room was ok and bed as to be expected. Though quite hard in my opinion. I opened one of the towels and there were horrible stains all over it. Brown and black. Very gross. Not impressed. I was only there one night and saw in the morning so there was no point going down to ask for a new one.
Definitely not what I expected and disappointed. Will now be checking my towels.

Has to be the best Premier Inn I have stayed in and have been in quite a few through work.
Rooms to a good standard and clean, nothing too much trouble by the reception team either.
The standout by far is the restaurant Bar and Blockhouse had 2 meals in there and the attention to detail and quality of food was excellent. Both Breakfast and evening meals were piping hot and really good!
To the Manager of the restaurant your team are a real credit to you and should be super proud of them, their service was exceptional.
Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to major roads in the area. Cleanliness was very good and all staff encountered were friendly, Bar + Block restaurant was next door and food was great and friendly staff.
