"Probably the best Premier Inn I've stayed at."
I stayed at the Premier Inn Winnersh from February to June on business. The team at the Premier Inn were great. Especially the Breakfast Crew, who knew my order by heart. The Evening crew in the Bar and Block were always cheerful and attentive, and it was always busy and the food was good. A big shout out to the whole restaurant crew. Any issues with the room (and they were minor) were dealt with quickly and efficiently by reception. I have stayed at many Premier Inns, and I consider this the best I have stayed at.
"Need to upgrade the breakfast ingredients!"
Lovely hotel, nice rooms, lovely restaurant. Shame about the breakfast, poor quality. The evening meal was decent, and the staff were friendly.
"Room fine - Breakfast experience poor"
The double room with walk in shower was absolutely fine. We did have a problem with our first room but were moved without any fuss by an excellent member of staff. The breakfast wasn’t very good at all: - Boiled/steamed mushrooms with no flavour. - Very thin bacon also with no flavour. - Scrambled egg with no flavour. - It felt like the food is just he churned out in volume without any real thought. - Uncontrolled children running amok and making lots of noise. - By far the worst cooked breakfast I’ve had at any attached restaurant. Evening meal in the attached restaurant: - Tasty food. - Pricey steak meals? e.g. 8oz sirloin £25 + sauce £2 + side of skin on chips £4.25 + onion rings £4.75, bringing the total for simple steak and chips to a whopping £36! - very efficient air conditioning that made the restaurant too cold to be comfortable.
"Good, but make sure you ask for your A/C to be turned up..."
It's a great hotel for business users, the staff are excellent and the upper floor rooms are quiet. The only negative, is that like ALL Premier Inn's now, you'll need to ask for your A/C to be turned up by the reception if you want it to work properly. A penny pinching dishonest policy that seems to be prevalent throughout the Premier Inn network of hotels now sadly.
      "Great room and awesome breakfast"
This was a return visit and it was an excellent stay as always. Nice room and the bed was very comfy so we both had a great night's sleep. Breakfast in Bar & Block next door was superb. The best Premier Inn breakfast we've had. Also great for cocktails
