"Fantastic Stay at Premier Inn Slough Central – Thanks to Francisco!"
We stayed for two nights at Premier Inn Slough Central and were genuinely impressed. Having previously stayed at Premier Inn Epsom, where the lack of air conditioning meant we barely slept, this visit was a completely different experience. The room was comfortable, cool, and exactly what you want for a relaxing stay.
What truly made our trip stand out was the exceptional service from Francisco.
From the moment we arrived, Francisco was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He looked after us at check‑in, in the restaurant, and again at breakfast, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to ask how our stay was going and what we had planned for the day. His warm personality and genuine interest made us feel really looked after.
Breakfast each morning was a pleasure thanks to Francisco’s positive energy and helpfulness. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and one of the best staff members we’ve encountered at any Premier Inn.
We would definitely stay here again, and a big part of that is because of the fantastic service we received from Francisco. Thank you, Francisco, you made our stay!

"Stay somewhere else"
The hotel is in need of refurbishing. It looks like some have been started as we had more than two rooms and 15/16 is a nightmare to get to and really nasty with dirty stains on the curtains, dead bugs in between the windows and incredibly creaky floor boards. No idea how much it cost as someone else paid but I wouldn’t pay £20 to stay here. The dinner was of poor standard having spent many a night in these hotels this was one of the worse we had been too.

"Overall a good place to stay and handy for Legoland."
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but a bit tired and dated. Had to pay to park in their car park. Ideal for Legoland access and the Sainsburys next door was handy. Good breakfasts and evening meals. Room 112 had loud bangs from the room above so a disturbed night - no opportunity to complain to Reception until the next day.

"Travelling with teens"
Stayed for a couple of nights as a base travelling with family. Friendly helpful staff, quick check. Great place to stay, comfy room, decent air conditioning and breakfast was fab! Really good value for money.

"Good premier inn in great location!"
What can I say... Sandeep made our stay! From the word go, she was so welcoming, friendly and just an asset to the team. Nothing was too much for her and she always checked in with us when she saw us and asked how our day was. She didn't just check in with us, she also acknowledged our children and ensured they were happy too.
Our room was clean and we welcomed the air-conditioning, although it was a little noisy making water sounds, so could have done with a bit of a service.
The location of the hotel was great. Only 15 mins away from Legoland, and a Sainsbury's right next door for any of those last minute bits. There was loads of parking at the hotel at cost, and we always found space. The hotel was fairly quiet, if you listened carefully you may hear a loud car on the road next to it but it was quite well soundproofed.
Breakfast was great and well stocked, our son enjoyed being able to pick his own breakfast. We were able to get a table each morning with no problem.
Our only gripe was one of the team members seemed a little rude. Franky at breakfast service seemed stressed overwhelmed, with poor customer service (no welcome, or eye contact... and just asked for our room number multiple times). We heard him tell another colleague off in the kitchen and make a few comments about his colleagues in front of guests.

Hotel description
Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby.
Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.
