Slough hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Slough, thanks to Sharn, She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her professional attitude, warm smile, and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. Sharn was always happy to assist and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s lovely to receive such outstanding customer service, and she is a real credit to the hotel. Premier Inn is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring member of staff!

Staff were great. Spoilt out toddler and made his stay really special Vasil and his colleagues were great.

The location isn’t great at all but the hotel itself is very good. The staff are really nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and if you want you can have them cleaned as often as you need. We were there for 3 nights. The atmosphere is ok. There is clearly a lot of workmen use this so be prepared for loud chat not so good language and banging doors early in the morning when they are going for breakfast. The breakfast is nice. Although there was no orange juice until our last day when I was able to get a small glass. I did ask and they had none left. The breakfast itself was nice but I’m assuming because they cater for early morning workers the other guests have to make do with the food that’s been sitting there from early morning. For me the food wasn’t hot enough. I ate it the first day but after that I had toast. There was a woman who sat at one of the tables in the morning who we spoke to to ask where we should go. I think she may have been the manager? But she told us to go to Eaton Bridge and walk from there. I’m glad we were sent there. We spent the whole day enjoying the surroundings and also booked a boat trip. We did eat there on the first evening. We had no idea we had to book and were not informed of any specials that were on. There was a lot off the menu as it had been sold out but I got the curry and rice. Rice was stodgy and the curry well it was wet. I did see a lot of the workmen getting take away delivered to the hotel or coming in with take away meals and eating them in the bar. I don’t think I would stay here any longer than we did

This is a great location to visit Windsor. We were booked in a much more expensive hotel in Windsor but had to change at the last minute. Slough was not my first choice but this is a gem and that is down to the exceptional customer service received from the friendly staff team. The food, parking and rooms were great value too.
